No Macy's, no Kohls, food court down to three options and Cinnabon. Trash overflowing in inside and outside bins. No soap in restrooms. Neglected mall, a shame because location is prime. Hoping some company will buy and improve somehow. Satellite restaurants are doing well.

What a ghost town. Came here last night with my sister around 7:30 and the place was bleak. Every other store inside is closed. Of the stores that are open, every other is a random no-name store. The place was completely depressing and really displays just how all malls across the country are dying. We needed to use the restroom, and it is obvious that the lady's room hasn't been cleaned in some time. Only one light came on as we entered, so we literally had to use our phone lights to go to the bathroom because it was that dark. The stall I used, of course, was completely out of toilet paper. Luckily, I had my sister there with me to give me some. All of the soap dispensers were out of soap too. It was just comical how badly taken care of this place is!
Unless you are coming to the mall to try one of the restaurants on the outside, to see a movie at Marcus, or need to stop at Barnes & Noble (which is shockingly still there), there is absolutely no need to come inside this mall. I am sorry, but I don't want 'artisan goods' that clearly come from China, or knock-off basketball jerseys. It is sad, because this mall used to be really nice.

We came here to walk after a long drive, and I would say Covid hit this mall pretty hard, I would say about 30 percent of the stores are closed. But still alot of shopping you can do hear with a huge JC Penneys and nice Barnes and Noble

Disappointing. Many stores are closed....we went on a Wednesday, but basically just walked the mall and not shopped.

Don't go during COVID. Went on a Monday mid-day and at least 15% of shoppers and staff were not wearing a mask (not including the food court).

As compared to Southridge and Mayfair, its lacking in stores, but it tries with the newer attractions and restaurants, though I prefer the environment. It's lost a lot of stores, and food court options, and they got rid of the starbucks kiosk, which was probably a downfall as whenever I went it was busy. Overall something to do to get shopping down and just walk around.

Always loved coming here but there are sooo many changes happening since Boston Store left ...Will have to wait and see how new changes work out...hoping property won’t draw problematic clientele

They mall is trying to survive with restaurants and now a movie theater. It's hard to keep a retail store alive.

It is a nice mall but there are lots of vacant stores and my latest trip 4 more had going out of business sales. Their food court had 4 closed shops and was not busy. They are building a new entertainment center where the Sears store used to be. There are lots of new restaurants on the exterior sections of the mall. The advantage is there are now plenty of parking spaces.
