UPDATED REVIEW: Postive Changes

I could not be happier with the changes I observed at Elements in Mequon during a recent visit for a couples massage. The receptionist was very friendly and eager to help in any way she could, both before and after our session ended. Her kind attitude was a vast improvement from the receptionist during my last visit. The massage therapists greeted my guest and I promptly and were very friendly. Once we were taken to the back, we discussed our individual desires for the massage, which were more than accommodated. I would highly recommend both Felicia and Nicole, and would be happy to return to this location to receive future services. Overall, a vast improvement from my last experience at this location. Happy to see that the owner is aware of customer concerns and seeks to remedy any issue that might arise. Very positive changes all around.

Awful Customer Service- NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!

Let me start by saying that all Elements Massage locations are individually owned and operated. I am a member at the Elements Massage in Whitefish Bay, WI (Which is fabulous). I have had one couples massage at the Mequon location that was just "ok", but they are the only location near me that was able to accommodate a couple in the same room which is why I had to schedule there.
A few weeks ago I booked a 1 hour massage at Mequon. I ONLY booked here because they had availability for 2 people to get massages at the same time (9:30am) where my normal location did not have availability at the same time. My friend and I arrived on time and she set about filling out paperwork. I was already in the system so I did not have to. The receptionist mentioned upon our arrival that my massage therapist had not arrived yet but my friend's person was there. I said that was fine and that I would wait. After sitting in the lobby for 10 minutes after my friend had gone back I asked if there was any progress on finding out when my therapist would be arriving. I was told that she had been unable to get him on the phone and that I was welcome to go over the the coffee shop next door and she would come get me when she knew something. Keep in mind that the only reason I had scheduled here was so my friend and I could get a massage at the same time. I continued to wait in the lobby until 30 minutes had passed, then promptly went outside (in tears) because the receptionist still had no info, had not offered an apology, nor offered to reschedule, schedule me with another therapist or offer me a complementary massage for my trouble (Although I did get offered a water bottle, so hey that should make up for my trouble when there is free water in the lobby for all guests too). Nothing was done to rectify the situation. What made me so frustrated was that while I was in the lobby "waiting" for my non-existent therapist to arrive (which again was never mentioned upon my arrival, she just said he was having car trouble and was not there yet), the receptionist had the courtesy to call the appointment scheduled after me and let her know before she drove there that they would need to reschedule. I NEVER got a call that morning telling me there was an issue and I drove 30 minutes out of my way to get to this location!! In the two weeks since this event occurred I have not received any apology, call, email, or contact of any kind from the business or the therapist I was scheduled to see. My guess is that he will not be reprimanded and did not lose anything but a day of business, where I lost my time, gas money and built up WAY more stress (which was the whole purpose for the massage anyway). I will NEVER go back to this location again and am hoping that others will not have to experience the sub-par customer service and inconvenience of their horrible business practices.
