Walked in without a booking, they set me up with a jet ski right away and had me in the water in 20 minutes and didn’t micromanage my experience. Only thing I didn’t like was getting charged for gas at the end but I get it. Overall I truly recommend Wave rentals.

I rented a jet ski from them for the day in August 2018. It only had about 37 hours of run time when I picked it up. The staff was prompt and delivered it quickly and was there to pick it up with a trailer relatively quickly as well. They are located immediately across the street from a small boat launch so access and parking are good. I rented a ski boat later the same week, but the weather was only 58 degrees (unseasonably cold), and rainy, so they refunded my deposit without issue

We were able to get a rental for all day Thursday. The staff were very professional. the boat was cleaned, and all facilities were excellent. We had a great time and all four lakes. Would definitely book through them again we found them very accommodating. Even though we had great weather we checked with all the rental companies and decided to go with a wave rentals because of their Weather policy couldn't have been happier.

We rented an eleven person pontoon at the end of July. We chose Wave rentals due to their location and friendly staff. Not to mention their customer friendly cancellation policy. The Minocqua chain of lakes is great, I would highly recommend heading down to Lake Tomahawk. Pickup and drop off was easy and professional, it's great to see young caring owners working at a great business.

We rented a pontoon boat for two days. They were very professional and friendly. The boat was clean, new, safe and well-equipped.

We rent boats and/or wave runners from them each year. Always goes perfectly! They drop off or will put in water right across the street from their shop into Lake Minocqua. From there you can explore many lakes, ski, sandbars, dock at restaurants, go fishing.....etc.

Natalie, Matt, and Crew outstanding! We rented from Wave Rentals almost 25 years. First trip with new owners(previous one's did super job!-Thank you Callie and Jeff). Working with new team you are anxious to see transition! And this is a good one!! Their attitudes, support, and being so helpful and courteous!! Working for a Company for 32 years in sales, and now in upper mgt. you always recognize the Customer as King. Natalie, Matt, and Team will take a great brand name to the next level. Equipment is FIRST CLASS!! To my knowledge, majority new. Always have and always WILL RECOMMEND Wave Rentals to anyone. Thanks for making this another great experience! See you next year! Traditionally rent the 24' Pontoon boat. A blast for being on the water. And jet skis! Grand Kids loved them. So did I! All The Best to Natalie and Matt to continued success. Chris Celusta and Family --Adult Children. Grand Children. 7&5 Did they have a blast on the water. Priceless memories!!

We rented a pontoon that didn't work right almost as soon as we got on the water. We called back to them and they brought out a replacement one right away and discounted us 50% off the rental. They are super friendly and have nice equipment (with the one exception). We had a wonderful day on the lake and will rent from them again.
