My first foray into the world that is Monkey Joe’s was not a good one. Took my 2 yr old grandson on Toddler Day. Crowded; had to wait in line even though I had the waiver ready. No follow through on rules: few adults wearing masks despite sign on door requiring them and older kids playing on equipment clearly marked for little ones. Trying to contact company through the website is also a waste of time. To submit a complaint, you must complete a CAPTCHA. Problem? No image is provided!

Our grandsons birthday was held at monkey joes. I made sure i didn't touch anything!
The snack bar Suddenly Closed Shortly after we arrived at 3 PM. The would not disclose why but, beverages were available, Yay!
Saw later that adults are allowed in the inflatables

We were looking for someplace to take our grandson to burn off some energy. He loved it we couldn't get him out of the bounce houses he was having a blast. What I like is they have it divided up with one side for 3yrs and younger and the rest is for all kids. If you are planning on going go on Tuesday's the have discounted pricing that day.

This is like a huge inflatable playground with lots of bouncy houses. The kids do have a lot of fun and they keep it clean.

Was looking for places to take my energetic toddler for her to run around. Read some reviews on Monkey Joes that warned that the place was not up to snuff so I had low expectations which I think helped. I had also downloaded the app and gotten free admission. Pros- the workers were nice, the place wasn't crowded, it was pretty fun for a 16 month old. Cons- a lot of the equipment was very run down...rips on the floor of the sports bounce area that we kept tripping on, one bounce thing seemed underinflated so we really had to work to climb out of it, pretty small facility, definitely wouldn't go on a weekend or busy time or I'd be afraid my daughter would get trampled.
I may go back during the day while my daughter is still small just for something to do. When she gets older I think we'll stay away as I would have too many safety concerns with the lack of upkeep of the equipment.

Our family visited Monkey Joe's over the holiday break. We were a party of four adults and five children, ages 17 months, 3, 4, 4, and 10. The facility was crowded and completely out of control. None of the attractions were being monitored. Kids were running everywhere, pushing, kicking, running over each other, causing actual harm. Parents were NOT monitoring their children's behavior. Employees were ONLY working behind the admissions and concessions counter. I finally asked one of them why nobody was monitoring the attractions as one group of older boys was about to destroy one of the slides,and he told me "Well, I tell them to stop and they just won't." He then followed that with " We're monitoring from here....it's their parents job to watch them." A young lady did then come over to watch the most chaotic slide, but left immediately as soon as I walked away. After my granddaughter was trampled by an adult, and my daughter was trampled by a group of older boys, I finally asked to speak to the manager. She was absolutely of no use or information at all. She just blankly stared at me and said, "yeah, it's gotten a bit out of control." She then sent two completely apathetic young men onto the floor who just stood there and did nothing to stop the dangerously aggressive behavior. We finally decided to leave. Unfortunately, that is when the worst of this operation's lack of caring for safety occurred. My nephew, who had not been with us the whole time, but wanted to come and pick up his son, walked directly into the facility and nobody checked him in. No wristband, no I.D., nothing. He walked over to his son, pulled off his wristband, and walked out with him. Nobody said a word. They just let him leave with this child! When I again informed the manager of this new development, she literally stared at me with her mouth half open and said nothing. I just left in amazement. On the way out, another woman told me that a few weeks earlier, a fist fight broke out in the facility and they had to call the police. In short, I believe that if you are concerned for the happiness and safety of your child....you should stay FAR away from this place.

I took my granddaughter there on the 28 December 2018, the place was filthy, unorganized and the staff which are kids did not have the knowledge to repair/fix any of the games that were broken. After talking to the staff none of them have been trained to do any repairs on these machines. I cannot believe the owners whoever they are would leave children in charge of monkey Joe’s. This was my first visit and will be my last they have other places to take kids indoors such as the helium house in new Berlin. I do believe monkey Joe’s has lost my business

Was a guest there early 2018 and large inflatable in North corner of room was down. Returned 8/17 /18 and it was still down. The one that is down was a favorite. Grandchildren still had fun but think admission should be discounted since they are down a major inflatable for kids over 3. 2 inflatables do not justify a $10 per child admission..

I took my 7 year-old niece and my 6 year-old God-daughter here for their birthdays. I had only been here one other time for a friend's daughter's birthday party, and she seemed to have had a great time. When I saw that only a couple of the inflatables were for ages 4+, I was nervous the girls would get bored quickly - but they had a blast! They played, jumped, climbed, and slid for hours. Everything was in great condition, and clean. Monkey Joe even came out for a bit to say hi to the kids (the girls loved it). I gave in and bought them a slushy to share (they have a full snack bar), and gave them a couple singles for the arcade in the back. Great place!

I took my 8 year old here because she'd been begging me to take her. She hadn't been to Monkey Joe's since she was about 4 or 5, and I worried she'd feel "too old" for it once she got there. I was wrong - she loved it just as much as when she was young. We went on a weekday when we were off school, but other schools were NOT off, so it was only a handful of families there. There were really only 5 inflatables for kids older than 3, but she still spent 2 hours there and would have stayed longer if we didn't have other plans. The inflatables were all in excellent condition, everything was clean and well maintained. I did not see ANY Monkey Joe's employees walking around - the 1 or 2 that were there were behind the counter. However, I don't go someplace like this expecting anyone else to watch my kid or enforce the rules. My daughter had a blast, and it was $10 well spent.
