Beautiful gorgeous works of art! Jill is extremely talented and it shows. We stopped a few times just to see any new works, fortunately she did have some Blue Ginger Gallery items. The prices are reasonable, and definitely recommended. Be sure to visit when in the area.

The owner, Jill Ami, makes some beautiful ocean-themed and Hawaiian art, such as paintings and painted silk items. She also has items from many other local artists. There are very nice items and reasonable prices and things to satisfy any price point. If you're looking for fun art for yourself or gifts for others, this is the place to go.

We recently visited twice to see what Jill had to offer. A LOT of very nice art and craft items made in Hawaii. Some of the art items were made by Jill herself. Definitely worth a visit when in the area.

We stopped more than once at this lovely gallery. A great spot to purchase from local artists. Jill Ami has a vast array of artistic pieces from which to choose. I bought a lovely silk to hang and a beautiful handmade quilt to remember my time there. Stop by it's as beautiful Inside as Hawaii is outside.

There are many breakable things, but they also have stuffed animals and art that can captivate a three year old girl. Clothes include Hawaiian shirts made in Hawaii or Indonesia. It's so peaceful that even the dog was relaxed.

This gallery has very unique things. Not a lot of "touristy" stuff. I'm so happy with our purchases there. Lots of "made in Hawaii " items. Many local artists. I always try to support the local economy every where I travel. You will be glad you found this gallery.

We stopped here on our last day before our night flight out. Very refreshing to see unique items. The store has a very laid back and helpful young lady. I ended up buying a Palooa Pendant for my wife.

We went to this store at the recommendation of a local we met who also works at the store. We had such a nice time shopping and found so many great gifts and souvenirs to take back home with us. They even gift wrapped a present for my mother in laws (whose birthday we were celebrating while in Hawaii).

We have been to the islands many times and now we are planning a trip to the Big Island again. Sorry to say we haven't been to the Big Island since 2000, but while going through my Hawaii archieves I found Blue Ginger Gallery phone number and address. I'm so happy your still there. I have sent a lot of friends to this gallery over the years and they all love it. We still display everything we have purchaced from the gallery in our home. In March 2014 my wife and I are bringing 4 other couples with us (most of them are friends from childhood and all first timers to the islands). They put me in charge of activities and The Blue Ginger Gallery is on the must do list. We can't wait to come home, see you in March. Mike Koch

A super collection of very interesting and unusual items. One of a kind, unique, and things you will not run into in other galleries. Casual comfortable clothing, swimwear, and artwork by local and other artists. This is on my must do list, each time I visit the island. you will also love meeting Jill who runs the shop.
