So sorry for the delay. Heights honestly is not too bad. I wouldn't recommend the doors OFF but with doors on you are really looking straight out at the views not down as much.

Aloha so sorry for the delay! We just re-opened March 1st... hopefully you were able to get up on a helicopter flight while you were here!

Aloha! Seating is done by a weight and balance. There is an option for 2 passengers to purchase and secure the two front seats for an additional upgrade fee of $100 which we can do directly here when you make the reservation. Maximum weight for the 2 front seats is 380lbs combined and they are only sold as a pair. If you don't want to purchase then you can always put in a front seat request. Aloha, Unfortunately not. You would need to come to us at the Kahului Heliport either by rental car or you can set up at taxi/uber, etc.

Aloha! You can view the dormant volcano Haleakala (not active) on the Hana/Haleakala, the Complete Island or the Cliffside Landing. We do not have a tour that goes to the active volcano as that is on a different island.

Aloha! Small children can do any of the doors ON tours. We follow the same FAA regulations as the airlines where if the child is under 24 months they are considered a lap child. We will just need proof of age. As soon as they turn 2 they would need their own seat.

Aloha, The Costco e-tickets include all taxes and fuel. Nothing else for the flight is collected- everything is paid through Costco. Anything extra at check in would be like you mentioned if you wanted to secure the front seats, media package, retail items/souvenirs, etc. Feel free to call us directly if you have any other questions or when you are ready to book!

Yes you will all fit in one helicopter! We hold up to 6 passengers plus one pilot. We look forward to seeing your family!

Aloha! Yes there are a few other third party booking sites that do book our tours. In order to get their advertised rates you have to book through them and then their representatives call or email the reservation request to us. Just make sure that the advertised rate includes all taxes/fuel, etc. I have heard some sites also offer really low rates with the catch of doing a timeshare presentation. We do work a lot with Adrenaline, Costco, Trip Advisor, etc so yes Adrenaline is reputable. Just know that when using these sites there is a third person/company involved in the booking process; not directly with us. Our most popular flight is the West Maui and Molokai for the inaccessible rainforest and waterfalls. Plus a lot of people drive to Hana and drive to Haleakala while here so they have seen that area already. Regardless- which ever flight route or duration you choose you really canʻt go wrong! Even on the shorter 45 minute flights you still cover a lot of the island from above! We look forward to seeing your family in March!
