Everyone was friendly and professional, but Samantha was above excellence! She understood the purpose of my trip, was sympathetic, and gave me information that I wanted. I returned the following day to thank her, and she was happy about my experience in Guam. The picture taken with her will remind me of the special moment in Guam. thanks, Sam!!

Well the hotel and the view of the ocean was beautiful! Unfortunately the kitchen was closed but I had a signature cocktail called the Angel Smile Mojito and it was delicious!

Mark T. Is easily is the best bartender I have ever had the pleasure of being served by. He is very professional and a great person to hold a conversation with. He made the whole experience of the Lobby Lounge bar an outstanding one. The drinks were artful and tasteful and what you’d expect from a high class bar! Great bar with live music on the weekends and a live piano player during the week! Love this place!

Every time I come here, the customer service is highly above any place I have been in Guam. Everyone is nice and respectful. My waitress Cecille was very respectful, kind, professional, and urgent with all our needs. I will definitely be coming back for sure!

This place provides probably the best service I’ve received at a bar. The bartender I met, named Mark, was an excellent mixologist and the most helpful person at the bar. The waiter Alex also made excellent recommendations, which made our overall experience so much better. These two individuals are the reason I will continue to return to this bar. 10/10 would recommend.

Wanted to visit this place since it’s been a while and I can say things are not the same. The staff was not welcoming and lacked enthusiasm. I couldn’t really taste any alcohol on my drinks. It was not as consistent as before. We also felt rushed to leave and our server had barely checked on us. Poor management training.

Best cost performance!
- We can see beautiful sunset from the lounge.
- We can have free drink by $29@ 1 person from 1730-2030.
- They can take good care of us a lot, especially Brandolf.
He is so gentle, polite and served us with great hospitality.
