Dont pay for photos as you will never get them.

Never did provide photos we paid for. Do not pay for the photos as more than just us were ripped off for photo money.

Tour was nice, we did enjoy it. They took money for photos we never did get

The tour to the cave and snorkeling was really nice. We had some great local food before going back to the ship. This was rather ruined when we never did get out photos. There are others making this complaint as well. I would find a different tour company next time, just because of this. Really sorry we left a big tip. Others on the tour left nothing.

Fun & Great Way to Discover Guam!

We had a really great time learning about Guam and seeing the sites with Jose! He knows all there is to know about his island and you can tell he really loves showing tourists the best sites. We did the hiking tour one day and the island tour another day. Both were a lot of fun and it's so cool learning about the history of Guam and about the local island life. Jose knows where to stop for local snacks, which were always very tasty. And if you're a vegetarian, it's not problem, he'll find snacks and lunches you can eat too. I'd definitely recommend using Tropical Tours Guam if you're planning on going to the island and want to see all it has to offer. We'll definitely look up Jose again next time we go to Guam!

The only way to see Guam

We had an absolutely amazing day with Jose -- we got to know Guam as he does. We saw the best local sites, learned about the military history of the region and ended the day with a great mail where only the locals go. We even took home a can of garlic spam -- Jose insisted. He was a marvelous guide.

写真代金返して！

４年前にツアーに参加して楽しかったので、ホセさんに再会したくてまたツアーに申し込みしました。ところが別の案内人が来てそこそこ楽しくツアーはできたのですが、写真もお願いして今回は人が足りないから僕か携帯で撮るからと言うことに。勿論代金は払いました。帰国して写真はどうなったかとやり取りしてたメールにラニに問い合わせても音沙汰なし。フェイスブックからmessengerで問い合わせても既読して無視。データを無くしたとかだったらちゃんと謝ってきたらいいのに。何回問い合わせても無視です。酷すぎます。前回がとても楽しく素晴らしかっただけに残念すぎます。楽しかった思い出の写真も結果もらえないまま。おかげで楽しかった思い出も半減です。

I really had a great time with Tropical Tour’s Joe. He was very nice and kind. He has a good sense of humor. He also told me history of Guam. In my case, it was interesting!

트로피칼 투어에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈어요. 투어가이드 Joe는 매우 친절하고 재미있어요. 그리고 괌 역사에도 관심이 있었는데, Jeo가 이야기 해줬어요. 궁금한것이 있으면 항상 친철하게 말해줘요. 사진도 정말 열심히 찍어줘요. 아름다운 산과 바다 친절한 가이드, 괌에서 잊을수 없는 추억을 만들고 가요. 감사합니다!

We took a 6 hour tour exploring Guam-scenic overlooks, beaches and historical sites. We went to Two Lovers point and a privately owned ww2 museum and Pacific War Museum and lunch. We were picked up at the port just outside the gates by Jose.

Fun adventure!

I join the cave/snorkel tour and this tour made my stay in Guam special. Swim in the cave was such a great experience:) Fun staff with great service. Big thanks to Matt and Bert!! Highly recommend!!

We visited a cliff, cave, beach, and restaurant with Jose. It was excellent.

This was our 2nd day in Guam. Jose picked us up on time (9am?) and immediately made us feel at home. In between the amazing sights, Jose pointed out landmarks and things to do: enjoy a cold brew at Coffee Slüt, try Low Tide for a tattoo, go to the Carnival on Wednesday, shop at Kmart, eat at Mezcla (the original, or "Dos"), try chorizo-flavored Spam from a mini mart. You get the idea. We learned so much about Guam and had an unforgettable time.
