We visited this historic church when we were on a walking tour several years ago. We were in Bar Harbor for the day from a cruise ship. Unfortunately this time we went by twice and the church was locked. Very disappointed. Call before you go.

Lovely stained glass by Tiffany. Unassuming small church in little Bar Harbor. Worth a trip and free entry too. At the top of the village.

During our recent New England cruise, my wife and I stopped by St. Saviour's. There are a lot of detailed stained glass windows which are lovely to look at. The alter is also very impressive.

We went to see the beautiful stained glass windows made by Tiffany's. The church and the windows are both beautiful. The adjacent Village Burying Ground is also worth a look.

This is a quaint and picturesque church with a lot of history behind it. Lotta photo opportunities. Hello hello we were able to go inside around as well which was worth the trip

Paseando por este bonito pueblo nos encontramos con esta pequeña iglesia, con la suerte de que estaban diciendo misa y estuvimos un rato, respetuosamente, oyendo unos magníficos coros. En la fachada se pueden apreciar unas vidrieras de Tiffany que son una joya. La calle donde está ubicada esta iglesias tiene unas casa digan de contemplarlas detenidamente.

With the bustle of town, a visit to this fine church will help revive your spirit. A dark and shadowy interior is offset by some beautiful windows. The architecture is both unique and historic. Kneel and say a prayer in this beautiful church - and don't miss the historic cemetery next door.

We came here on our food tour, so it was nice our guide could let us know the history. There were beautiful stained glass windows, just gorgeous!

I am in no way religious but I appreciate stained glass and architecture. This old church is beautiful from the outside and filled with history. Some of the stained glass windows located within this church are genuine Tiffany.
Due to the pandemic the building was closed and although the grounds are beautiful I would have loved to view the windows from within the church. Maybe next time.

I always enjoy older architectural structures while visiting a location. Bar Harbor offers St. Saviour’s church where you will find a wooden structure built in the 1800s. In New England you find many white churches, but this one is natural wood.
