I was on the hunt for a chic evening gown for an upcoming gala, and decided to book a VIP personal shopping experience with Glamour Girl Shopping Tours San Francisco. I was pleased to know that Jill Garibaldi (the owner) would be my personal stylist and wardrobe connoisseur for the day. Her experience from many years of styling, retail ownership plus her knowledge of value through wholesale management is crystal clear.
I consider myself to be very stylish and in-the-know, however Jill is both a true fashion maven and sleuth, as she is very well connected and introduced me to so many hidden treasures and boutiques in our fine city. She brought me to unique locations to shop at that I didn't know existed. And I've lived in San Francisco for over 2 decades!
JIll located a gorgeous black silk Valentino gown that I would have never tried on, but it fit me like a glove. The search continued and she suggested Christian Louboutin heels that sparkled perfectly, the clutch she found was the ideal match to complete my chic ensemble. I felt radiant and the compliments I received were to be treasured.
While shopping with Jill, I was stunned by her eye and expertise. The selection, service, VIP treatment was beyond exceptional, and I wish I'd treated myself sooner. The exclusive discounts and selection were irresistible and I was able to find more pieces to add to my repertoire in my wardrobe.
Jill also arranged a spa service + pedicure after this fabulous day of shopping. Her attention to detail was impressive, and Jill is just so much fun to get to know and shop with. She is fashionable of course, but also down to earth and has a great sense of humor. This was my first personal shopping experience, but not my last! Looking forward to making this a seasonal treat with Glamour Girl.
I will also be arranging a Glamour Girl Shopping Tour for my best friend's company as a team building activity. This will be a fun outing with colleagues on a work day, and there is already so much excitement building.

Jill is an outstanding host and very knowledgeable about SF. She clearly has a passion for shopping and a great love of the city. Jill organized our day so we could cram as much in as possible. She made sure to leave time for a kitchen store which she knew was a passion of mine and important to me. An overall fantastic day of shopping and learning about the city. Highly recommend!

My college age daughter and I were looking for a unique way to have fun shopping in San Francisco, and came across Glamour Girl Shopping Tours. This company does private or group shopping tours that take you to some very unique and special places you wouldn't find (or be able to get into) otherwise. We did a private tour - 5 hours, including transportation (that meant Uber between locations), and it was terrific!
We met the owner - Jill - near union square. She presented us with a nice shopping bag that included some cute gifts and a bottle of water. We started at a little shop with amazing discounts on designer clothes and jackets about a block away. We then ubered to the Gift Center (south of market on Brannan) that you need a dealers license to get into. There are tons of showrooms of everything from inexpensive costume jewelry to nice jewelry to clothes, jackets, eyeglasses, etc....all at wholesale prices. We then finished up over on Hayes Street at some little boutiques and a store that sold nice designer samples. We were also going to go to a high end consignment store but ran out of time.
I thought the tour was completely worth the money - for what we saved, as well as Jill's guidance (she helped you pick things as well) and not having to worry about anything. Beyond the good prices at the places she takes you, she tries to get you discounts beyond that because she knows the store owners. She is a nice host and tailors the stops to your interests.
The tour was exactly what we were looking for. The time flew by and we will definitely call her for a future tour. I would recommend it!!
