We attended a NWHL all star game today which was fun. We had one major issue. The announcing needs to be improved as it was very hard to hear. We also would have liked to know who was on the ice for the half time show. We took the Worcester line on commuter rail from downtown Boston. The rail only ran every couple of hours so we had to leave to attend early. This area where the arena is a new area in Brighton which is part of Boston.

What an arena! If you're a hockey fan, this place is worth the stop! Beautiful, clean, and lots of cool Bruins signage and things to look at! Even if you're not a hockey fan, you can skate during their public skating times, which is SOO cool being on the same ice as the Bruins! And I got to watch the Bruins practice for FREE!

My boys (7 & 8) and I watched the Bruins practice on a game day and were excited to see all our favorite players out on the ice for about an hour. There are good site lines for viewing most of the ice. After the Bruins practiced my boys did open skate and appreciated the ice quality and views while they honed their skating/hockey skills.

All seats were good. Bruins practice was free and open to the public. Parking in the area is difficult with pay lots nearby. Public transportation is 5-10 minute walk from the arena.

I took my out of state brother here for public skating session and he was in heaven. Although I am not a skater, I thought it a magnificent arena which looks out over the turnpike traffic. It was not crowded at all in the 12-1 time slot, but concession stand not open. There are at least 2 nearby restaurants. My brother said ice was superb and there was background music. Price was reasonable for skaters and you were given armband. No charge for spectators like me. There are benches and cubbies outside in the hall to put on and stow your gear. Ticket booth staff very friendly. NB on parking. You can't park across from it in parking garage but if you pass the arena and bear left onto road where T parking, you can enter the Arena's own garage as you parallel the turnpike.

If you have an opportunity to take in a Women's NWHL game, do it! Tickets are $20 and the game is exciting without the negatives of Men's professional hockey. The concessions at Warrior Arena include many healthy options. I had Chicken Noodle soup and grilled cheese tonight. Super venue for kids - Get there 30 min early and sit right on the glass.

I am giving the Warrior Ice Arena 2 stars instead of 1 because the facility is really nice and clean and the price is totally reasonable. However my twenty-something year old friends and I (all experienced New England-grown ice skaters or noncompetitive hockey players) went on Friday night and this place was an absolute ZOO. A ZOO. Hands down the worst skating etiquette I've ever witnessed at any rink I've been to in the area. There were maybe 100 or so kids under 15 (1 parent in sight) and a handful of adults skating. Kids were grabbing and throwing each other into other skaters (my friend sustained a scrape from skates on her leg from those kids and has a nasty bruise now), skating in the opposite direction of flow, standing in the middle of the path taking selfies and texting, and throwing the balance support penguins/snowmen into other skaters, knocking people over.
There were two staff members skating around the rink, but in the 1.5 hours I was there I didn't see them once intervene.
So, if you aren't a kid under 15 and you aren't looking for a night of roller derby but with sharp blades flying about, I would say definitely pick another spot

If you're in town and the Bruins are in town, chances are they have practice. This is the ice they use. ITS FREE to go and watch.

Enjoyed ice skating in this BEAUTIFUL new facility. Went on a Friday evening with a group. Nice selection of hockey and figure skates for rental. $10 per person for 2 hours of skating. Plenty of room for storing your shoes or boots while you skate. Not far off of the Pike to get there.
