We stayed at the W for a bachelorette party and the Bliss spa was incredible!
They were so nice, very responsive, and ultra accommodating. Highly recommended!

All the staff were extremely hospitable in accommodating our needs and the treatments really did wonders.
The only thing I left would have blown this out of the park were if they had a few more spa amenities.

bliss at the W hotel Boston is just fantastic! The staff are absolutely wonderful and you are very well taken care of. Highly recommend going! Splurge...enjoy....they are amazing! I travel from Stamford, CT and always come here.

From the moment I entered, all of my worries disappeared. I reserved an appointment for a facial with the bliss spa. First they showed me the locker room. They gave me a robe, sandals and led me to the waiting room. In there, there were stationary hors’duerves with teas for everyone. All relaxed from there on. My service was 75 minutes and every single part of it was so soothing and awesome. They started with an exfoliating microdermabrasion and ended with a super hydrating and nourishing mask. The products they used all smelled soooo delicious. It felt like the Soarin ride. I was riding around the world on a hang glider, smelling all the different, amazing scents of the world. Soooo relaxing.

The spa was amazing. Went with another couple for a 40th Birthday. Every treatment had was amazing and relaxing. They even gave my friend a cupcake in her way out. Would highly recommend

Great experience! Everyone was very friendly, efficient, energetic! from Michelle, who answered my first phone call, to Megan, Spa manager who managed our group reservation for my friend's bday, to Liz at front desk and Kanchala, Drea, Aimee and Shayna our massage and manicure specialists. They went above and beyond to make sure my friend feels extra special on her bday! Thank you all!

This spa is located in the W hotel. The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. I had different girls doing manicures and pedi and both were truly lovely and chatty. They did an awesome job. Highly recommend.

Laura was incredible! She helped me plan a spa day for my sisters bachelorette party. We had 10 girls to organize and schedule and she made it incredibly easy. The communication and organization just blew me away! All of the girls raved about their spa services. I cannot recommend them enough!!!
