Most definitely alcoholic which could be soft as a second choice you can also buy further drinks from the bar

Harbor lights night time cruise on the small wooden boat had bench like seating on each side in the interior and the center was open with space to walk around to the bar or to go to the table where snacks were laid out and was the area where the narrator stood to deliver his commentary. You are able to get up and go to the outside deck as desired. On the larger wooden boat for the daytime architectural cruise there are tables lined up on each side of the interior deck. We were able to have a table to ourselves but I think it depends on the number of people signed up as to whether you have to share a table.

Yes there is some outside seating. The windows open up paint inside it’s really nice. You can walk around during the cruise also.

None of the boats I saw were wheel chair accessible, but they may be able to work something out. They were quite accommodating so definitely give them a call.

Sunset is at 8 so you should be fine.

I do not think so as they have food and beverage service on board and included in fare. But do not know for sure.
