a lovely, safe walk along the bank of The Hudson - I stopped off and visited Little Island which was really excellent with some great views, and All the members of staff were very friendly.

On oublierait facilement qu'ici se trouve l'un des plus grands parcs de Manhattan, dans la partie sud-ouest, avant d'arriver à l'extrême sud (d'où partent les ferries). Il y a de multiples endroits où s'arrêter, flâner, courir, notamment aux beaux jours. Il y a aussi des établissements où se désaltérer ou manger (mais les prix sont bonbons). Vue intéressante sur le New Jersey, Bayonne notamment. Ellis Island n'est pas loin non plus.

What a lovely part of the city. Well worth the 20 minute walk to the river from our apartment.
My sons and I had a picturesque and tranquil walk along the Hudson on our way from the Flatiron district to the One World Trade Centre. A bit of a detour, but a lovely experience.

Great energy in city but it is so expensive. Also rise of poverty and drug use more evident. Best experience in some of the few remaining awesome bookstores. Museums way too expensive. Best experience was definitely the Asia Society museum, it was fabulous helpful staff especially the beautiful helpful lady in the shop.

With us visiting within what we’ve been told is the “hottest heatwave in NYC since 2013” whilst out and about any opportunity to find air conditioning or a breeze has certainly been an option we’ve taken.
Having strolled a fair way along The High Line we spotted Hudson River Park and decided to drop down and stroll along the river for the views and the breeze.
The park itself is lovely with a nice green feeling to it, the breeze off of the Hudson taking some of the heat out of the sun and making things that much more bearable.
With the “Little Island” in the area we also popped over to have a look. Certainly a visit we would make again in the future.

It’s simply awesome. Nice views . Calming . Can sit here for hours together and enjoying the Hudson River waves ,boats and ships . Sunset over New Jersey is fantastic.

Besides the famous High line, western lower Manhattan can proud itself with two nice parks in vicinity: Hudson river park with great views over Hudson and Jersey (great for sunsets) and new addition of a very unusual but so pretty "Little island" - looks like a park on pillars rising from the river.

Hola Patricia, el paseo que yo conozco y que te recomiendo recorre la costa oeste de Manhattan junto al río Hudson.
Yo fui temprano por la mañana y las vistas al amanecer son impresionantes.
Pero por lo que he podido leer es muy recomendable pasear a la puesta de sol.
