Loved Historic Savannah, the squares and buildings plus the river walk. The river walk I must say that I was not that impressed with it is mostly commercial sights. But the squares and buildings along with the moss trees are amazing. It was a bit cold when we where there but it did not matter. Great place to spend some time strolling around and learn the history.

Seriously amazing views of the Savannah squares and houses. All the areas are fairly well kept and cleaned and the homeless folks leave you be. It’s safe and fun to enjoy the history of this city and the beauty with a loved one.

Great town and excellent way to get around at your own pace to see, taste, feel all that Savannah has to offer. St. John the Baptist Catholic Church was the highlight in beauty grace and style. What a wonderful place....

I hope I’m writing about the correct company because I really want to credit them for an awesome tour. My friends and I went on a haunted pub crawl with Savannah by foot. We had so much fun!
Our tour guide was outstanding , and I think her name was Lauren. By far my fave tour guide in Savannah. We walked to several “haunted “ bars and pubs around downtown Savannah. We stopped at a few places to hear Lauren tell stories about them. The stories were spooky and historical and very entertaining. We got a souvenir glow in the dark cup and specials for each bar we went to. We really enjoyed getting our steps in while having some drinks and listening to fun stories. We stopped at some historical homes and the cemetery that’s downtown and she told us lots of spooky tales and let us take pictures and ask questions.
The pace was good too. Not too fast or slow, usually by the time I finished my drink we had listened to a story and were on our way to another bar. Highly recommend!!! 5 stars all the way

It was a nice trip. Temperature was not too crazy hot and the area is generally good for walking. The water front area also has free circular route DOTS buses helping tourists to get around. One running north-south the other east-west. It would be good if there are historical narrator with us. It would be a much more interesting experience. The main issue of Savannah is that the water front area is not that clean. Stinky garbage cans, homeless people, stains on ground. Maybe the city needs to get a cleaning team to work on it every day from 3a to 6a to clean them up. It really gives bad impression.

Great walking tour with wonderful history of Savannah, including some of the Ghosts stories of Savannah. Very enjoyable. You’ll get to see the unique layout of the city’s squares and how it was laid out to help protect the city.

We love historic sights and Savannah is beautiful all hours of the day. Tiring for a six year old but he enjoyed all the sights too

Jack Wray has a way of keeping young children interested in hearing about the history of Savannah. Our children (8 and 10) thoroughly enjoyed the time as we tour Historic Savannah. We would highly recommend using Jack Wray as your tour guide.

Having visited Savannah twice prior to this trip we wanted to really get a better sense of the City's culture, history and it's people. That we got and much more from Jack Wray's wonderfully detailed tour. The two hour walking tour covered a broad range of important points of history to some very interesting elements of a more recent Savannah. Jack spoke clearly and knowledgably providing key landmarks and points of interest. If anyone is planning a trip, and your really interested in history we highly recommend you reserve a tour with Jack Wray. This is not a touristy, half made up lecture. It's direct, to the point, and enthusiastically presented.
PS Jack offers approx. three different tours with a slight shift in focus. If you are not interested in one specific focus, ask for a "blended" tour.
