This little jewel of a bookstore is right on the edge of Lake Superior in Grand Marais, Minnesota. Just a wonderful place to visit even if you are not planning to buy a book, but hope you do.

Great independent bookstore with a large variety. Friendly helpful Staff. This is a must stop every time in town! It is also in a beautiful location in town

Drury Lane is a delight - they have a lot of selection and charm packed into two rooms, and it's a must-stop whenever I'm in Grand Marais. They have a loyalty book program (buy 10, get one free) that also works if you're buying books from afar and having them shipped to you. The real joy, though, is selecting a book and then taking it directly outside to read next to the lake.

It was my wife's idea to stop in here, but it is a cute little bookstore with lots of books that would be of local, Minnesota, North Shore and the heritage of the people who settled here interest. It is worth a quick stop.

Drury Lane has a lot to offer. A large selection of all types of books are contained in a small, but well organized shop. The selection of Minnesota authors and subjects is outstanding. Well worth a visit.

I’ve visited this bookshop each time I’ve come to Grand Marais in recent years, and despite that experience, each and every time I’m newly impressed with the high quality of the offerings, aimed at different readers with various interests and tastes. Outstanding!

Don't be put off by the size of this small book shop. It's filled with a thoughtful selection of books to suit a variety of tastes from fiction, biography, mystery, science, politics, local interest, children's books, and more. Glancing at the shelves on entry I saw many of my favorites and Gwen's suggestions for my next reads were superb. I won't miss stopping here on my next trip to GM.
