They day we chose, started off great. Once in the mountains which was withing the first 30 minutes, it started to rain. I called back to the office to advise of the rain. The man said it should blow over, if its not thundering you're ok. Well within minutes thunder started. We got soaked. Of our 3 hour ride we had 30 minutes of fun, 1.5 hours trying to get out of the mountains, fill up the tank and back to the store. We were soaked head to tow and everywhere in between. We spend 2 hours with the buggy.
Upon getting back to the store, the worker said "how was it"? I said we should have been instructed to return when I called! His reply was I thought it would blow over.
Well it didn't. He should have offered to refund at minimum the last hournof the ride we couldnt even attempt!!!!
We were very disappointed with this purchase.

My husband and I had a blast & have decided they are the only ones to get our business for an adventure like this in Gatlinburg! Very knowledgeable & informative.
They'd be fun to have a beer with. We will definitely be back!

One of our best experiences after having come to the Smokies as a family for many years. The scenery and experience, both on the trails and on the back roads was great. Our guide, Jack, was professional and courteous, watching for our safety as we navigated some challenging terrain. Would ride with this group again.

Would NEVER rent here !!! Guy at main desk was NOT helpful at all !!! Would not answer questions asked and literally told us that he had a trip advisor certificate to say F U !!!

Our group had a blast taking a loop in the National Park! They had everything mapped out for us with easy to follow directions. We were able to zoom to our destinations without wasting time finding the best spots. We even saw a bear and cubs!

Kevin and Meghan were the best. My family came in from Chicago and we had a great time, They gave us maps and showed us where to go, not just thrown out on our on. Great Family time. Explore the beautiful Smoky Mountains with a zip in your ride!

Wife and I rented one of these for 5 hours. It was a blast. Staff very friendly. Discount for veterans. Cheapest place that we found. Like new machines. Went all through the national park. Got real close to some bears. Had a blast!

Great business. Owner and his employee were both awesome to meet and do business with. They offered us a great deal on a four-seater and gave us a free upgrade to a six-seater when they realized that there was a minor mechanical issue with the four seater. Was very helpful in explaining the best places to go and the places to avoid. We had the machine for 4 hours and toured by the National Park and Gatlinburg in it. It was an extremely hot day so the cloth roof cover came in handy. There was an extraordinary amount of heat that transferred from the motor up through floorboards but honestly, you kind of have to expect that I would imagine. You can drive the machine on the city streets and it is governed to top out at 45mph. Overall great day and will definitely use this company again.

What a great day my wife and I had at Smoky Mountain Adventures. Very helpful staff who explained everything to us and took the time to make sure we understood everything. Fantastic equipment and the scenery was out of this world. I would recommend that anyone set up a trip in the smoky mountains with this crew!

How much does it cost to rent a 4 seater per hour? I’ve check their website and can’t find any helpful information about pricing.

There are tons of other places in Gatlinburg to rent a UTV from. Cheaper places as well. Do not go here, they will push their conspiracy theory nonsense on you. These people are crazy!!

How challenging are the trails? My husband is an experienced Off road driver and I know he'll want something that's a bit of a challenge.

How are reservations made? What are the hours of operation? I've left two messages and haven't received a phone call back. This looks like a fun adventure, but it's difficult to reach anyone.

This place is wonderful, family based business and extremely friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time with my family. Look to spend some time on these, they become very addicting and fun to drive. So may activities for the kids as well. Be sure you pick up the maps to help you out. Great places to walk and discover for adults and kids alike. Have a good time.

I'm glad you are coming down in July. I'm not the owner of this place I was just a guest like others in going to this attraction. We did enjoy ourselves at this and look forward to going back. As for the cost of this. Maybe you should try contacting them as well or try going online and doing the research about them. This business is family based and with some awesome people that we did get to know. I could also only give what we thought about it. The cost is something that you need to discuss with the owners. As for the reservations. Maybe since this is July and the season does start to get busy. If it was me. I would call and try and set something up. Have a great time.
