It is beautiful temple located on a small hilltop. The devotees throng to this place on Tuesdays to pay respects and take blessings. There is nothing much to do around and the place does gets isolated in the late evening.

The temple is small from outside but has huge Space inside.Aarti is done in the morning after which you got very delicious Prasad.. Early morning Visit here will be a treat..

Shingroba in the time of Britishers was a shepherd who helped travelers to cross the difficult patch on the Bhor Ghat, became a legend and now people feel safe travelling via Bhor Ghat after praying at his temple.

Visited the temple during my last Lonavala trip. Being off from the expressway route seems to have had an impact in terms of the traffic.

This temple is famous around and has a local fair which takes place once a year! Its worth a visit if you are traveling on old Mumbai- Pune highway

In our visit of Khandala and Khandala Ghat, we also visited this temple located between Khandala and Khopoli. The Shingroba Temple is one of the shrines in Khandala. It was built in 1929 and showcases a simple architectural design. The main inner sanctum is where you can find the diety namely Shringoba. Almost most of vehicles stay here for a moment, pray and then proceed. Nothing much to see.
