This is the best Multiplex complex in lonavla .Theatres are well made .Food court is great .Three shows run at a time in resp theatres .They are mini theatres but well maintained .Garden ,play area ,sit out all make dis complex a place to visit again n again

You lost business of 3 tickets, and I guess must be losing much more. Doesn't makes any sense for me to pay for 4 tickets when I have 3 people to watch.
A big minus for localites like me, and business loss for your due to an unthoughtful policy.

Dear Sir,
Running a show with even four people is uneconomical however we have pegged it at this number. The price of the ticket includes 28% GST and revenue share to the distributor of about 50%. You can estimate the revenue and costs (loss) when we run the show even for four people. We do not ask guests to pay for more than the actual number of persons. Some guests request us to issue four tickets if there are lesser number of persons for a particular show. We do not necessarily accept this request, however in the situation that we do, the extra tickets booked by the guest are sold first and money refunded to them.

Given most of us are movie lovers we wanted to catch up on the latest movie. We saw a movie in Triose Lonavala. Decent size screen and premises. It has paid parking and has a park in the premises is quite nice for kids.
Tip - Do book in advance as its a small place so that u are not disappointed

Was surprised to see this place 2-3 mins at the junction of Lonavala, enroute to Aamby Valley / Bushi Dam. Good collection of brands and 3 screens for movie screening. Mini gaming too, saw some pool tables and other facilities just at the entrance. Ample parking and seating. Washrooms could have been better and also the seats, but thats if it you compare it to mumbai standards of Recliner seats, else a very good multiplex. Good place to just chill for a bit.

Customer convenience is upper most in our mind and our facilities reflect this. Our washrooms are over used due to non availability of public conveniences in Lonavala. They are also vandalised very often by users. For your information, we recycle our waste water for flushing and gardening purposes and have been recognised for being eco friendly.

the last movie saw here was heropanti and the experience of watching movie is no so bad and not so cool and the multiplex is small around 50 people in one movie

I visited the Triose Multiplex and found the quality of sound and screen amazing for the size of the Multiplex. The ease of buying tickets and also the food and drinks were served on the seats. The Multiplex was neat and clean and the air conditioning was great. A nice addition to Lonavala since previously there was no decent place to enjoy a movie. Cheers

this is great multiplex and for a place like Lonavala it is a boon. We do not any such movie theater in Lonavala. I remember prior to this, we used to go to other theater where in water would be leaking and rain noise from roof, filthy toilets and seats.
It was a great experience with clean toilets, good seats and good ambiance with decent crowd.
We can visit this place whenever we have time on hand at Lonavala.

The multiplex is not maintained well and needs renovation. The seats are quite congested as well. The tickets are priced are much higher for the quality of theatre.

Dear Sir,
The first screen at the multiplex at Triose Plaza started about 2.5 years ago and the last one about five months ago. In view of this we are unable to understand your comment about it not being maintained well and needing renovation. The seats installed by us are standard seats used by exhibitors having ensured that there is sufficient leg room and head room between rows. The ticket prices are also a function of the taxes and distributor charges for each movie exhibited.

Triose Multiplex is just like any other multiplex. The seating capacity in each cinema hall is much smaller considering the population of Lonavala. There are no safety issues in Triose Multiplex.
