Very satisfied with the responsiveness of this company. The driver who picked my daughter up from the airport was stuck in traffic, but kept contact with her and let her know there was an issue. He was very polite and made her feel completely at ease. She even said, "I've only been here 2 hours and feel like I know everyone." We decided to use a private transportation company instead of a ride-share situation since my daughter's flight arrived at about 12:00am. We felt this was the safer option. Would highly recommend!

Rueben & Theron were amazing. Our arrival flight got changed last minute & Reuben went above & beyond to make sure we were picked up at the airport promptly. We had a group of 8. Theron was so kind & accommodating on our drive to our rental. Reuben brings a kind & personal touch that you just don't get from people nowadays. Thank you so much to both Reuben & Theron...we are counting on seeing you both again! If you are visiting NOLA, you can NOT go wrong engaging Bernard Transportation!!

After reading lots of reviews for airport transportation in New Orleans, we chose Bernard Transportation. We definitely made the right choice! Reuben Bernard and Harold are professional, prompt, and delightful to spend time with in the van. Their pricing is fair, too. We always received quick responses to texts, calls, and emails. (They also spoiled us with a gift bag.) Smiles and hugs all around...we will always call on them when visiting New Orleans again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Reuben and Harold are THE best! Reuben greeted my friend and I at the airport and presented us with a goody bag of postcards, beads and delicious banana bread and the biggest, warmest smile ever! He embodies the spirit of New Orleans! He will offer suggestions on where to eat, things to see, etc. He responds promptly to communications and makes you feel well cared for. Harold returned us to the airport at 4 in the morning (sorry, Harold!) and was pleasant and chatty and just as delightful as Reuben. They deserve more than 5 stars!

Absolutely fantastic. Reuben treated us like family. We used his vans for our wedding and would absolutely do it again. Amazing relationship building skills and communication

I first called United Cab to book a ride to the airport, but after having to spell the name of my street 3 times, coupled with their poor reviews, I just had no confidence they would show up. Due to excellent reviews, I called Bernard's service and booked with a professional, courteous man. I was going to call on the morning of the booking to re-confirm, but THEY contacted ME that they were on their way! Two lovely gentlemen picked me up right when they said they would and treated me to a delightful ride to the airport. Yes, it costs a little more than a cab ($55 vs $36), but it is worth it for this great service.

Mr. Bernard took great care of us starting with communication weeks in advance, to meeting us at the airport when we arrived in New Orleans, and then taking us comfortably to our hotel. Very reliable, kind, and helpful. The vehicle was very clean inside and out. We used the service again for our return to the airport.

I read the reviews on here about Bernard's and they are spot on. I ran into all kinds of logistical challenges booking our cruise as things changed by the hour. I texted Reuben numerous times on the changes and he remained extremely flexible. He picked us up at thhe airport and took us to our hotel in the French Quarter. He picked us up the next morning and took us to the cruise port. It cost a little more than a taxi but it was worth it by far. He and Harold were professional, courteous and treated us as family. What a wonderful way to begin a cruise. Next time back in NOLA for any visit I'm calling Reuben. A huge shout out to my new friends.

Rueben Bernard is awesome! We were in contact several times before our trip, during our trip and even got a nice text from him after he dropped us off at the airport. He is very attentive with great communication.
We had a party of 13 people with 3 different groups heading back to the airport at different times, one at 5:45 am. Every driver we had was on time and courteous.
Also, when we called for a ride to the another part of town, they were very accommodating.
I now have Rueben saved in my contacts for future trips!

Best transportation I have ever hired, and I have been all over the world (Ireland, Scotland, Singapore, Korea, Mexico, no to mention countless USA Cities…). Safe, peace-of-mind, clean, RELIABLE transportation. Reuben Benard is the sweetest man, so happy and friendly; a delight to know. Reuben answered immediately when I called during my inquiry stage and then upon hiring him, he responded and communicated via text and calls always very timely. He even met us IN the airport upon our arrival! Prior to that, when our plane was late, as soon as we landed I had a text from Reuben that I was not to worry about the late landing! It was such a relief. Benard Transportation should be the only transport you even consider. You can trust them to be there when you asked, on time, with a clean, safe vehicle, and to be treated with great care (even a little stool was placed on the ground for me to get into the spotless van!).
