Everything was great!! Parked the car, they took us straight to the port, when we got back, he was very quick to come get us. Would highly recommend parking here! Your car is covered and well taking care of.

Cruise parking

Angel was the best part. Funny and takes pride in doing his job to make ur trip fun and efficient. We park out car to take a cruise. We were dropped off and picked up as soon as we got out of the building. Highly recommend parking here instead of the cruise parking lot.

He had a $39 surprise fee for no reason just pay $39 because you won’t complain I am complaining he assumes everybody is rich because we are cruising and won’t complain about his fee. We went elsewhere but he charged my card anyways after I left, I want a refund.

Great parking

Easy parking arriving and departing. The shuttle was great going to the ship but a little hectic getting back, but made it with minimal problems. The van was full so had to wait, but that wasn’t a big deal for me. Wasn’t a fan of leaving my keys to the car, but all was good and had no problems. Had good review from a VERY trusted travel agent, so I wasn’t too concerned. Called weeks in advance for reservation and had no problems checking in or out. They prefer cash. Will be going back!!!!

Great option for cruise parking!

I’m so glad somebody in our Disney Cruise Facebook group recommended Machu Picchu for parking while we were on our 4 day cruise. For a reasonable rate, we got covered parking and quick drop off and pick up. Angel and his staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely use Machu Picchu again the next time we cruise out of NOLA!

Love, love, love Angel. Thanks to him, we had a great,safe experience while using his garage to park for our cruise. Was somewhat apprehensive about leaving my car keys with him, since the ad says keys stays with customer, but he assured me, it would be fine and it was. His prompt drop off and pickup for our group of 11 was spectacular. This certainly is a hidden gem for cruise parking. Thank you again Angel. See you in September!

Oh and where is our picture you took of all of us Angel?? Lol

Great CRUISE parking

Free shuttle to and from the cruise boat in a nice clean van. Fenced and locked yard with overhead cover and on-site security.

Had to leave our keys with Angel but the car was perfect when we returned. Called him from the boat when we docked and his man was there to pick us up in 10 minutes.

Covered and secured parking for 4 night cruise

We parked at machu pichu parking for our 4 night cruise. We chose to park here due to hearing about some concerns at other cruise parking garages. Angel was efficient and kind. Loved their quick and secure parking. We parked and they took us to the cruise terminal after about 5 minutes of waiting. When we arrived back from the cruise, we called and they were there within 10minutes of calling. I was very happy since we needed to start out 13hr drive asap. We would park here again for sure.

Great experience with cruise parking. Parked here during February 19-26th Norwegian cruise out of New Orleans. Was worried as it was during Mardi Gras. Garage was easy to get to- no traffic at all. People were great. Today (Sunday 2/26) when we got out of the terminal the van was waiting for us. Wonderful service.

Did not want to park in open parking after reading about hundreds of vehicles broken into in open lots. This was a great, safe, secure option. 10/10 would recommend!!!
