Glad that we had met the "Chief" by the river. He took me and my fiance for a excellent private tour of the French Quarter. We walked around for two hours as he went over the history of the area. He also gave a few recommendations to eat at as well. Antoine's summer lunch special was excellent choice and the muffuletta at Napoleon House was out of this world!! He likes to do small groups so that way it is more personal for everyone. He was very inexpensive and the money spent was well worth it! Thanks again Chief!!

My wife and I with our baby in tow, took the private tour through the historic French Quarter. It was wonderful. Chief was a fantastic tour guide. Not only did I learn a lot about the wonderful city of New Orleans, the passion and love he has for this city really shows and makes the history easy to "see" and engage with.

Mike, better known as Chief, was an awesome tour guide. For two hours, he took us all around the french quarter sharing his enthusiasm, knowledge and love of a great city! Chief was very accomodating and flexible as he was able to cater to our wishes and he offers incredibly affordable rates for private tours. His tours are not to be missed!

My friends and I were down a few weeks ago and signed up for a tour of the French Quarter. Our tour guide, Mike "Chief" Nunally was great. There were 6 of us and he made tour fun by being relaxed, fun and stopping for a beer when needed. Chief was really knowledgeable about the area and actually showed us where he lived in the quarter in order for us to see a typical french quarter courtyard. The tour took about two hours and was a fun way to learn more about the area we were visiting. I highly recommend Chief!

The two hours we spent with Chief in the French Quarter were informative, interesting and fun. It was also a very reasonable price. Even better, he gave recommendations for where to eat (Three Muses), watch live music (The Spotted Cat Music Club) and which plantation tour to take (Laura Plantation with Louisiana Tour Company.) Every recommendation was spot on and our visit to New Orleans was so much better for having met Chief and benefitting from his tour and tailored advice on what we'd enjoy. Thanks Chief!

Mike was a great tour guide. He loves the city and knows it's stories well. I like having a small private tour instead of large group tour with guides who entertain and make up stories as needed. Mike was easy going and personable. Check him out for a nice tour of the quarter.

We were in New Orleans last week with our daughters (ages 12 and 14) and really enjoyed our private tour with Chief. His enthusiasm for the city and its history was infectious. He has taught middle school and high school before, and it showed--he knew how to interact with and engage our kids. Chief was very knowledgeable about the French Quarter and shared a lot of great stories that helped make its history come alive. Our daughters called the tour "awesome," and we agreed.

Nous étions en couple pour fêter mardi gras et avons décidés de découvrir la ville grâce à un guide. Le tour fut très agréable, complet avec de nombreuses anecdotes. Nous remercions le chief pour ses bonnes adresses resto, une manière différente de découvrir les incontournables vu par un local.

We met Mike aka Chief at Cafe Du Monde, he arrived early and got a head start on waiting in line. He was easy to find in a crowd, very tall and he was very colorfully dressed. I wanted a low key tour since my mother has mobility issues. We were only in town only for a day and wanted to make the most of our time. Chief was very accommodating to my mothers limitations. He lives in the French Quarter and was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the city! I learned so much on our tour about the people, architecture, and history of the town. It was interesting to hear the background on why he chose to move to NOLA. I was so thankful he was able to book on short notice. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Chief! It was the perfect tour for 3 sisters who are in our 50's, my 26 year old daughter and my mother.

Mike "Chief" Nunnally was an awesome tour guide. We were in town to celebrate a friends bday. Mike made our trip! He taught us tons about the history of NOLA, architecture, and all of the hot spots! We had a blast with him and would definitely do it again!
