Very Interesting and Fun!

We took this tour to a small coffee farm and soap factory, not too far from Kona. The meal was incredibly delicious - so much fresh fruit!! The hosts were remarkably kind and welcoming. We would do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Wonderful tour with Lisa Christian of Home tours of Hawaii and I highly recommend her personalized tours of luxurious homes in Kona. Lisa prepares a fabulous brunch with spectacular views of the island. Her knowledge of the area and food presentation is worth the stop. Take the tour you will love it!!

Awesome culinary and chocolate experience

This tour is a must if you are in Kona. Lisa Christian puts together such a memorable experience for you. She prepares mouthwatering Food with Hawaiian touches that are awesome. One of the places we visited hosted by Greg and Marty featured a phenomenal chocolate information tour plus much much more. We have been coming back for years and never tire of this experience. Such wonderful welcoming people. You definitely will love this excursion. Don’t miss it. Ray and Mary French

Awesome progressive brunch

This culinary tour was so enjoyable! My husband and myself went on this tour 3 years ago and it has gotten even better. You get to view 3 totally different gorgeous local homes while being treated to three scrumptious brunch courses. Local ingredients are a huge part of the menu. Great tastes with awesome views. Guest homeowners add that special touch. Highly recommended!

Best tour of the trip

Lisa was in her element and is very skilled at showing visitors her island. We really enjoyed meeting the couples who owned the homes and hearing their stories. The food was delicious and it was so interesting to see how efficient Lisa was with the set up at each location. This tour will teach you a lot about Kona and the Big Island.

The best tour in Hilo and Kona

This is a great experience. Not only do you see the real Hawaiian life, but you also get to taste the great food.We have enjoyed the experience so much, we taken this tour with Lisa 4 times in Hilo and 1 time in Kona. Yes we are addicted. We have such a great time seeing different homes and being hosted by Lisa
The experience is well worth the money.

Fantastic, Delicious and Informative Culinary Tour

We went on this tour with Lisa and her assistants on Kona Coffee and Kahlua and local foods started the first home. We were informed by the home owner there are 1200 cacoa trees and 400+ coffee trees we had a delightful coffee (+KahLua) and food made of local produce Lisa prepares herself. We toured the property to see all the fruits and plants grow in the garden. Lastly we visited the Soap making factory and produce store. At the following two houses we were provided with more delicious food and spectacular views. We were made very welcome at the three home visits I cannot recommend this tour more.

We had a wonderful time

We had a wonderful time. My husband and I went with my parents. Lisa and her assistant Heidi were very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable of the Island and the homes we were visiting. The homes were beautiful, the views were spectacular. The progressive brunch was delicious. All homemade by Lisa and the products used sourced from the Island. All the homeowners welcomed us into their homes and were informative of the history of each of their houses. We all highly recommend this tour.
