Visiting this store was a huge disappointment. No showroom that we saw, only a tiny boutique with clothing. Two women who were just short of surly and definitely have no idea about customer service. No place for bikers to hang out. We heard that the Kona H-D store up the road is a lot better, but we didn't get there.

とても良いロケーションにありPalani RdとKuakini HwyとOloli Rdの3つの道路沿いに建つ広めの敷地
店内には豊富な種類の Tシャツ,帽子,グローブ 他にも オアフのハーレーではあまり見かけない 長袖のTシャツ,ウエアー,ジャケット などグッズを揃えています 中でも イチ押しのお気に入りは ハーレーバイク柄アロハシャツ‼︎ トリリチャードとのコラボで 日本でも着れそうな スッキリめのデザインがgood！
新品のバイクがズラリと並んでいたのでレンタルだけでなく 販売もしているんでしょうね もちろん買いませんが 次回はバイクをレンタルして Big Island 駆け抜けてみたいでーす☆

Big Island Harley Davidson is a tourist rental dealership.This is a tourist trap style operation! This dealership operates under the guise of the Harley Davidson Motor Corp. (U.S.A.) and that's All. Before you rent a bike look over the fine print in the rental agreement!

We rented two bikes for a couple days from Chuck Lathrop at HD. He made us feel like family, the way some of the better HD dealerships still do. He talked about different places to go on the island, and was spot on. Good place. Good people. Highly recommend!

RUDEST PEOPLE & very unprofessional. Much better off going elsewhere. Would rate zero if I could. Easy to treat people with disrespect and much harder to be professional. my advice is to avoid this place.

We rented two Harley’s from Big Island HD. Teri was amazing! The bikes were in perfect condition.
Teri told us a great route to take and suggested some favorite places to stop to eat.
We had some adjustments along the way due to weather and a road closire due to a brush fire but still a memorable ride. Will rent from them again. They also carry some awesome looking shirts!

I am not a HD rider or driver, but my friend is. I always stop in for a shirt because it has the city in which it is located. This place did not disappoint. The shopping is limited, and the people are very freindly and helpful. Visit here.
