My husband and I had been there before and had a great experience but this time it was very different. Bar downstairs was closed so we went upstairs, they were having a private event and I asked where we could get drinks, the gentleman told us to just go to the bar that was serving the private event. We got to the bar, and they asked us if we were with the private party. I said no and told him that another employee said to come in here since downstairs was closed. He told us to leave very rudely. I asked where he would suggest us getting a drink since downstairs was already closed an hour and a half before closing. He said just get out, I lost my cool and had a few words as he escorted me out.

I used to take my work group here regularly when I worked downtown for QFE (quarterly fun events), and it was perfect. Lots of space, good beers & bar food, service was usually really good. Going on Wednesdays when there used to be an all you can game night made it budget friendly too.
That said, I haven't taken my kids here yet as it's not as great for a group of younger kids (e.g. elementary school) as I think it can be overwhelming at times. Certainly now that my kids are teenagers and can stay out later, etc. I have no worries.
Other bonus are access to transit, as parking downtown is a real pain. You can easily take a bus or rail that drops you off near here, as it's very close to the convention center.

목요일엔 횟수제한없이 게임할수 있는 패스권을 팔아서 방문한곳. 제법 게임 업뎃이 빠른 편이고 관리도 잘되어있어서 놀기에 나쁘지 않았습니다.제가 리뷰하고 싶은 곳은 게임웍스에 붙어있는 펍! 게임하다보니 배고파져서 간곳인데, 크게 기대없었는데 맛이 너무 괜찮아서 남기고 싶었어요. 플랫브래드와 시저 샐러드를 먹었는데요, 시저샐러드 드레싱 정말 대박 맛있었고, 함께 나오는 갈릭번이 정말 최고! 갈릭번만 따로 팔았으면 싶을 만큼 정말 맛있었어요. 21세 이상 들어가실수 있고, 음식주문시 게임할수있는 카드가 함께 포함된 메뉴도 많았습니다.

This place was directly across the street from our hotel and it looked promising from the outside. It was a huge disappointment. All the seating for people with minors is oddly placed and uncomfortable. There is a second level where teens can sit, but you have to go downstairs to place your food order yourself at the bar. My husband went down to order drinks for us. I soon got a text saying that I needed to go downstairs as well to show my I.D. This is their “one drink per I.D. policy. The bartender said that when the food was ready, someone would bring it to us “if they weren’t too busy”. All the tables around us had dirty dishes on them and stayed that way for our entire visit. So basically getting dinner and drinks is a massive hassle and there is virtually no service. The food is ok, not special.
After we ate the boys played games and had fun. Basically, if you want to go to Game Works, I recommend that you eat somewhere else first that then go play.
The concept of a restaurant and games is a solid one. I was looking forward to a dinner out and enjoying a drink with my husband while the boys played. This place could be so much better.

We took my nephew here to celebrate his birthday. This was a lot of fun. There are a lot of unique and fun games here. My nephew won over 6000 tickets and came away with some cool prizes. The tickets rewarded are loaded onto your game card sparing you from having to carry around a large wad of paper tickets. This was well worth doing.

Drinks are wildly expensive for the atmosphere being old and worn down, games are old broken expensive, food is ok, only thing I found I enjoyed was the gaming rental space, paying by the hour playing video games and drinking side by side with my friend was the only fun part about this place.

We went in and seated ourselves. The waitress, who saw us walking in (we had a party of 4 adults, 3 kids) didn't come by to get our drink orders or anything for at least 15 minutes. Finally, one of our party went to grab menus and the waitress to get our drinks. Once we got our food ordered, it took another half hour to get our food. Even getting the final bill and playing cards at the end took forever. The gaming part was fine, just like any other kid game restaurant. My kids at least had a good time. The wrap I got tasted pretty good, too.

We seemed to have a Mgr as our server who couldn't have been more rude. Made us feel like she was doing US a favor by serving us. Clearly didn't want to be working and wanted us to leave. My dinner came out for another mgr(w/headset) and had no idea that we had another person/entree coming. Group w a kid came in and wanted to sit...didn't hear what she said to them but they left immediately. This place has 6 mos maybe if they don't get her off the floor. Restrooms unbelievably dirty, food crappy too.

Nice location downtown. Fun break for the kids, prices are reasonable for food, drink and gaming. All of the games work.
