Not only does Beecher's make the best cheese (and therefore mac and cheese) around, you can watch them make the cheese! In a big, glass-paneled room, right in front of the lunch seats, you can watch them work. Some of the best lunch in the market.

This was by far the best mac and cheese I have ever had. The flavor was amazing. Slightly pricey for what I am used to but totally worth it. I was sad that I didn't make it back for more but I did manage to get it once more in the airport before my flight.

While I was in Seattle we stopped at this cheese place and it was magical! The cheese smelled really good and the samples were great! Unfortunately, I feel like they are a little overpriced though but otherwise great!!

Cute small shop that's efficient and has delicious food. Tight space so try not to haul around too much luggage.

Tried their grilled cheese sandwich which was really good and the Mac and cheese was the best. Great atmosphere and cheese samples to try out.

We stopped in after spending the day in Pike Place Market. This was actually our second lunch of the day so got a bowl to share and it was amazing. Wish we would have just gone here instead.

What a great place! You can enjoy this wonderful handmade cheese while watching the preparation process. The staff is knowledgeable about the different types of cheese and generously offers samples. They offer some prepared foods like delicious grilled cheese sandwiches and mac & cheese.

We had to try this place based on the hype. We didn’t wait long and had the Mac and cheese along with a turkey sandwich. The meal was good, but the cheeses were great. If the line is really long, I would wait for another time. You can go inside and skip the lines if you are jut getting cheese.

Definitely food to share. I sampled the mac n cheese but couldnt see myself eating too much of it. I ended up getting the flagship grilled cheese. It was good, just so incredibly rich for my palette. If you are a cheese lover, Beecher's is for you! If you eat cheese occasionally, like myself, eat with a buddy and share.

Great, creamy Mac and cheese. Highly recommend. Sandwiches were delicious but a little skimpy on the meat and toppings.
