It was an absolute pleasure to work with Dart transportation Solutions for our SWANA conference. Everything for our tours went smoothly and it was such a stress free experience! We will definitely keep them in mind for all our future needs in Atlanta!

I arrived to Atlanta bleary-eyed from a cross-country red-eye flight. My driver Will texted me and called helping me to navigate to the pick-up area and connect with the DART van. He was helpful and friendly answering my questions and pointing out sights as we dove to my down hotel. It was a welcoming start to my Atlanta visit!

Dart Transportation was suggested to me as an attendee of a national conference. The instructions sent prior to arrival for where to go in the airport, what color shirt the staff member was wearing (super bright and easy to spot!), and how to adjust my arrangements were INCREDIBLY easy. I am so grateful for Dart making this process so smooth. My flight was delayed and I was able to text them to make different arrangements and received prompt replies, alleviating any stress from myself as a weary traveler. Highly recommend!!

This is Robert G. I am associated with the DECA student organization. DECA is an association of high school marketing students. Each year these students participate in and compete with other students from around the country in marketing skills competitions. The 2022 DECA Conference was held in Atlanta (it rotates to various cities but usually returns to Atlanta every 3 or 4 years).
I can only send praises to ALL the people from Dart Transportation for their patience, kindness...and genuine regard for these high schoolers. I'm talking about the airport greeters...the drivers...and all others with whom we had contact. It is rare to see such a positive attitude towards teenagers today!
As a matter of fact, I personally missed my ride from the airport to my hotel on the day I arrived but one of the personnel at the airport from Dart made arrangements for me to be on the following shuttle...and it was done with a smile! Keep up the good work.

Mary and her team were fantastic. I booked her from out of state and she event spent some time on the phone with me helping to map out a multi-step excursion for my team. I would use her team again in a heartbeat!

We hired Dart for our friend’s birthday to take us in style to a concert venue. The entire experience from start to finish was a breeze and an absolute delight! So incredibly satisfied. The team handling the details of the booking were quick and efficient, and our driver Rob was excellent: punctual, professional, and polite (alliteration is fun!). The rate was more than fair and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. I highly highly recommend. Very happy customers!!

We had a great two days with Dart Transportation! They showed up at our pickup location early, so we were always on time to our events. The drivers kept in touch to provide updates on arrival times which always helps to relieve some stress. Rob and Glen were our drivers both days and they got us to and from our event safely. Both Rob and Glen were friendly and were happy to drive us around. I rod on separate buses to one location, and Rob even texted to make sure I was aboard before taking off since I wasn't on the same bus I arrived on! We will definitely be using Dart Transportation for all our company events.

Dart was recommended to me and now I'm passing on the recommendation to anybody reading this... use them! They helped me transport attendees for a work event and Mary was so professional and quick to get us set up. On the day-of the event, our driver Michael was punctual, always in communication with me and the shuttle was very clean — ask for him for your event! Thanks again Dart for helping relieve some of the stress events can bring :)

You won’t find a better service in Atlanta. The level of customer service is unmatched! Michael made sure every part of our experience was enjoyable. This team was so accommodating of our needs. We will definitely be using them in the future!

We (Group of Moms and Children) recently went to the Imagine Dragons concert and were picked up by Michael and Marie. It was great not to have to worry how to get there, where to park and afterwards how to get home. Door to door service with little to walk. Would recommend this company. Michael and Marie took good care of us, even had some snacks for the children. Marie even got us further upfront in the concert!!!
