Great craft beer and also good food!

Great place to hang out and try their wide variety of craft beers! Flights available for those new to Sweetwater, like myself. Food there was great, also.

The bartenders were very helpful with recommendations! I will definitely be back!!

Tickets sold for a tour that didn't exist

The brewery was closed. Tickets were sold and the brewery wasn’t even open. Our tickets were for December 26 and the brewery was closed until December 28. It was a total rip off and I could not contact anyone at TripAdvisor. Thankfully, I purchased the tickets with my AMEX and they refunded my money without question.

The experience borders on being a brew pub over a brewery

This is a large regional brewery. I would compare it to Boulevard out of Kansas City and Saint Arnolds out of Houston. All three of them have a broad distribution throughout their region of the country.

It's a nice looking brew pub that serves food and beer crafted on site. If you've visited BJ Brewhouse, Yardhouse, or Gordon Biersch, then you have a pretty good idea what this place looks like.

I did not do the tour as I've been on dozens of them. There isn't much more to know by going on a tour. We did order a couple flights of their beers. We enjoyed sampling what they had available. I'm not sure I would come back. This does not feel like a craft brewery. The servers and bartenders do not interact or talk about the details of how they make the beer. The experience is like going to a restaurant bar not a brewery.

Nick gave a very great tour. It was just me and two others. He went into alot of detail and seemed to really care.

Little bit of everything

Brewery tour with Matt was great. He was funny and knowledgeable. Left the group in good spirits and provided all information that was requested. Not to mention the taproom and restaurant are amazing.

Great microbrewery

Delicious stouts & IPA beers minus the Chocolope. It literally smelled like a skunk. Food was good. Finding a seat inside on a chilly Saturday night was a challenge. Ordering food & beer is self serve.

Best brewery tour ever!

My husband and I have been on a LOT of brewery tours and this one stands out by far. We chose the High Gravity Tour, which is new this year. Its an hour and a half long tour with multiple beer "samplings" along the way and you end the tour choosing your own 32 oz Crowler to take home! I put "samplings" in quotations because these were definitely not just samples. These were basically full beers! You get to keep the glass too, which is always fun. The tour guide was excellent and super fun and made the experience that much better! I would totally recommend paying for the High Gravity Tour because it is beyond worth it!

Site Visit and Lunch

Went to check out the venue for a future dinner. Laine was a great host. We saw all 3 spaces. Any of the 3 would be awesome. We also stayed for lunch and sat at the bar. Everyone was friendly and inviting. Made suggestions for beer and food. The brussel sprouts and cauliflower were yummy. Cauliflower is very hot. A very cool place to hang out for lunch or dinner. Nice outside area also
