The Cinnabon booth in the middle of the store charges $1.00 extra for the icing. It wouldn't matter if it's has a sufficient amount of icing but it doesn't be cause it melts when it's super hot out the oven. All I'm saying is put more icing on that dry bun. Also the employees there are rude. This booth will shut down just like Krispy kreme.put people in there that have great customer service next time guys. Thanks in advance

No frills mall
Very basic / limited food court
Not a lot of stores
A big Macy's saved the day and a "well stocked" Victoria Secret

As with many things in metro Atlanta this mall was once nice and for the well heeled and now it has declined. On a recent weekend it was overcrowded with people acting uncivilized and it was not well kept. It was not a very welcoming experience. It’s not as bad as Lenox Square…yet.
The Macy’s store is so tired and dated and the Nordstrom which was once very nice felt more comparable to a Ross in merchandise and design.
Shopping in metro Atlanta at malls isn’t what it once was and I have no plans to return.

I've been living in this area for over 2 decades with Perimeter Mall being my local spot for convenient clothing shopping. I've seen several stores come and go and to be honest I stopped visiting the mall because I couldn't find any stores with my particular style and taste in fashion. I'm of Caribbean descent and I really gravitate toward more African patterns and fashion. You can only imagine my excitement when I heard from a coworker of mine that there was an African clothing store opened in Perimeter Mall! It was a dream come true!! I finally had a reason to go back to this mall after giving up on finding anything with my taste for years lol
Well, that being said, I visited the mall and couldn't find the store anywhere. I knew my coworker wasn't lying to me, but I started wondering if they had actually closed. She just visited the store a month before telling me about it and she didn't see any sign of it shutting down anytime soon when she stopped by. So why was it so hard for me to find???
Come to find out, the business is incorrectly listed on the Perimeter Mall website AND the store directory. It's an African clothing store, so why did I find out it was actually listed under Jewelry and Watches?? Like, how was I supposed to find that? I'm looking for clothes and it's a clothing store...?
-__-
Not to mention their hours were super weird (9am - 5pm Monday - Friday and 9am - 2pm on Saturdays, nothing listed for Sundays).
I got their phone number online and called them to verify the information on the Perimeter Mall website and all of their information is COMPLETELY wrong. The store is called The Maasai and they should be listed as a clothing store and come to find out their hours are the same as every other store in the mall, 11am - 8pm Monday - Saturday AND Sundays from 12pm - 7pm. Like, how in the world is it so different on Perimeter's website??
And come to find out, the staff were completely unaware of their info being listed incorrectly online. I finally found the store on the second floor in the corner next to Von Maur and Zales. I know I'm not the only one who has had such a difficult time.
I don't understand why it's so hard to have their information listed correctly. There's no way the business will survive like this and it would be tragic to lose such a beautiful, unique boutique because of how their info is being misrepresented online. I'm wondering how many other businesses within the mall are listed incorrectly if this store's hours and category are entirely off. Wtf Perimeter??
If I could rate Perimeter for this, I'd give them two thumbs down and zero stars for oversight and negligence. It's literally my favorite store in the mall, pretty much the only reason I come back now, and I could've been coming here sooner if it weren't for Perimeter Mall's carelessness. I'm really hoping there aren't other businesses within the mall dealing with the same issue because they're definitely losing customers if that's the case. They seriously need to do something about this.

We went to pass the time as we were looking for something to do. I was able to get a lot of Christmas shopping done as there were a huge variety of stores there. They also have a huge selection of different foods in the food court to try. We had a good time shopping.

The first thing that attracted my attention was the number of cops and police cars I saw in the parking lot, mall and individual stores, especially for a mall that promotes itself as being upscale. I just didn’t feel comfortable as safety is obviously an issue. I went to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner and then thought I’d walk through the mall and check out the latest fashion trends, but I was met by a policeman as soon as I walked into Dillard’s and turned around and left. I’ll look for anything I need and order online instead as I figured it just wasn’t worth the risk.

Apple customer service just isn’t what it used to be. I returned a $1500 computer and it was supposed to go to a gift card, but didn’t show which one (I have 4). Two of them I wasn’t sure I even had anymore, so I didn’t want to leave without knowing my $1500 was actually in my possession.
I was told I had to call Apple support and they couldn’t help me in store. That may or may not be true, but I was told I couldn’t stand there while I called to confirm. I was polite the entire time (I used to work retail) and while they were polite in tone as well, I was clearly being pushed to leave the window, eventually being told I had to go and couldn’t stay to confirm the receipt of my return. I spent about 20 minutes in front of the store talking on the phone and eventually discovered it was sent to a discarded gift card and I’d have to call back in 24 hours to have it transferred to one I had.
I understand not every process or system is available to the store, but they essentially told me “good day you’re on your own” and I wouldn’t expect that when $1500 is floating out there somewhere I don’t know.

We went to this mall to visit the Apple Store. The whole place was beautifully done. The food court was superb. Our family tried different eateries so we got to taste many dishes and desserts. It was a great place with a lot of free parking.

This is one of the largest malls in Georgia and my favorite to shop at. In general it's an easy mall to park at, although the area it's in is quite congested.
Perimeter has a great mix of stores from mid-level to upscale, that includes Macy's, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, Von Maur and Dillard's as anchor stores. The shops here run the gamut, fashion, luggage, shoes and tech can all be found here. Yes, there's an Apple store.
Perimeter also has a wide range of mostly chain restaurants that include The Capital Grill, Maggiano's and Seasons 52.
Atlanta has many wonderful malls including this one.

Ótima opção se shopping com variedade de lojas e restaurantes. O shopping é grande e bonito. Se estiver por perto é uma excelente opção para compras e ou passeio.

I do not know if this mall has wheelchair rental. Good question and wish that I could help. Good luck on finding out.

I will be leaving Airport on local transportation to meet up with a friend who is not aware I am coming in at a very early hour and don't want to impose on her so I would take local train or bus to meet up in city that would be convenient for her to pick me up. My first visit to Atlanta. She lives in Duluth. I would like to be near a coffee shop/Breakfast area in town. Thank you in advance for anyone that can help. I believe she lives north. Janet

You can get the train at the airport and take it all the way to Perimeter Mall or Dunwoody, but MARTA doesn't go all the way to Duluth. Either of those are about 15 miles from Duluth, but (*I think*) that's as close as public transport will take you. The mall, of course, has all sorts of options. Not sure about the Dunwoody location. If you're renting a car and driving, I would suggest taking the train as far north toward Duluth and renting from a location outside of Atlanta because of the recent collapse of HWY 85 in town. Traffic is always awful, but it's going to be Hellish now. G'luck!

There are many. Starbucks is across the street, on the outisde of the mall. But even better than that is Cafe Intermezzo, also just across the street in a nearby shopping center.
