Management sucks. I purchased a game card and ended up not using it, so I tried to refund it and the manager was very rude and basically started growling at me and talking at me through his teeth, even though I was not rude or irate with him in the slightest. I admit when I was told "NO I can't be refunded" I did not find this answer acceptable and I gave my rebuttal in a professional manner. I did not yell or curse at him, I simply asked if he would make an exception because I had just purchased the card a few minutes earlier. He made a comment that I should've said Please and he might've thought about it. He was very provocative, as if he wanted me to give him some kind of reaction. Can’t lie I took the bait and went off on him and then he called Security and had me Escorted off the property. I found it very strange that an arcade would have several police officers monitoring the property, but now I see why this establishment needs so many officers on site, it's because of ignorant jerk managers like the one that works on night shift. He was not only rude to me, but practically every customer who was in line ahead of me. I saw customer after customer walk away from him with attitudes and disappointed looks on their faces and I couldn't understand why. Until finally it was my turn to speak with him and he was a complete jerk. And honestly it seems like he's an ignoramus on purpose, simply because he knows he has several officers at his disposal that he can use to clean up the messes that he is intentionally creating. Worst experience I've ever had at a place that's supposed to be about innocent fun. I will never come back to this establishment ever again

Planned a 40th Birthday for my brother with my Mother. The staff was helpful through the event aa well as prior.

Our young people had a great time. We had a waitress and it was her first day. The staff should have let her shadow a more experienced staff member. By the time I got my food, we were preparing to leave. At least my wings were fresh and she brought them to me in a to-go box. I would not return.

Everything about my experience here was poor. First, there were six people behind the desk to reserve a lane. But, it still took close to 10 minutes just to talk to someone. And no one was in front of me.
We decided to grab a bite to eat while waiting the 90-min for a lane. No one greeted us in the restaurant section, so I walked up to the three people who were in conversation at the host stand to ask about being seated. One person finally seats us, but no one comes to talk to us about food. So after 10 min pass, I walked back to the host stand to ask about the process, because maybe I was missing something. Finally someone comes to the table, and says, "I'm not supposed to be in this section" but she was attempting to be helpful.
If she's not supposed to be in the section, then who was? But I digress....
We finally got our food. My order was wrong, the chicken tenders were fried so long that they were hard, everyone's fries were old, and the food arrived with no utensils, napkins, sauces, or condiments. Our waitress never came back to check on us, until I went back to the host stand to ask for the things we needed. The manager came first to apologize and comped me for my food since it was not what I ordered and he sent the waitress back. At least she was trying to be helpful.
Then our lane shut down during bowling and the call buttons on the lanes didn't work, so we had to search for a person to help. We had to ask for our time to be reimbursed. Normally, in a well functioning environment, this isn't a question you need to ask because the person recognizes that you have been waiting for you to come to the lane.
I get it -- good help is hard to find, but no one wanted to work that night.

Had a great time with family. The food and service could have been a lot better. They were very busy and I know because of the ongoing pandemic, they are probably short staffed. Other than all of that spending time with family was great!

I really can't leave a review because we weren't even allowed in the door. I took my daughter (17), three of her friends (age 16), my nephew (17), my niece (19), and her boyfriend (23). We drove 30 minutes to get there waited in a long line just to get to the door and be told that an adult could only get in 2 children ages 17 and under. I thought I was still good because my niece's boyfriend was with us and he's 23, but NO apparently at Main Event you are not considered an adult unless your 25. I didn't debate with them because their policy is their policy however, I think it should be better advertised for those who have never been (like us) or regularly go to Main Event. I also think its crazy not to be considered an adult unless your 25. Doctor's won't discuss your child's medical issue with you when they turn 18, Your children can supposedly make adult decisions when their 18, Colleges won't share information with you on your child without consent when they are 18, but you can buy cigarettes and alcohol when your 21 (Main Event would most likely sell you alcohol inside their establishment at 21) but yet you got to be 25 to get a couple of under aged kids in. Just really doesn't make sense to me. My experience wouldn't have been an issue at all if Main Event had better communication. Main Event could update their website or just answer their phone when people call. I called to find out what requirements were due to Covid-19 and age requirements because I know most places require an adult for teenagers after a certain time which is usually 9 pm.

It’s like Dave and Busters but with bowling. I would recommend going early. Not a lot of food choices and we were not giving a drink menu. They want a tip at the front desk because that’ll be the person to get your shoes and balls for bowling.

Overall it was a very nice party for a 20 year old special needs guy. He throughly enjoyed the bowling, ropes course and laser tag. There was some confusion at check in, scheduling of ropes and laser tags but all was resolved. Overall it was a success and all that mattered to me was that he enjoyed the party

Understandably it was busy on New Years Eve but my party was was very disappointed. Spent 2.5 hours on the wait list for bowling and we moved from spot 37 to spot 30 and it appeared that no one was managing the line or the bowling lanes as there were three lanes open but “reserved” the entire time we were waiting. It would have been nice to be told there wouldn’t be a chance to bowl before we spent the money on the full winter fun pass. We were rather disappointed with the experience while we had fun at laser tag; if we going to just do that we would have stayed home to celebrate the new year.

This is an all-in-one entertainment place. It is not cheap, but they run many deals that make it quite reasonable. It is similar to a Dave and Busters, but there is bowling, laser tag, ropes courses, video games, prizes, food, alcohol, noise, and fun. Kids will adore this place as there are lots of stimulating games, virtual reality, and kid things. The staff works hard to get it right, although it can get quite busy depending on when you visit.
