The Gin experience was a birthday gift to my husband. It was great fun to choose our recipe ingredients and learn how the distilling process worked. Highly recommended. Can’t wait to taste our exclusive bottle of gin.

An amazing experience enjoyed by both of us! From the Welcome Gin drink, to information @ Gin throughout, to selecting & distillery of our own Gin & the presentation box to take it home in. Throughout the experience made to feel special by the excellent company & would recommend it to anyone who has an interest in Gin!

I had a very enjoyable afternoon with my daughter in law at a Gin making experience. The distilling process was explained in understandable language by Mary and then the fun part of chosing which ingredients to add to the base gin. Mary worked out how much of each was required. While the gin was distilling Eloise gave a short talk about the history of gin making. We had a lift which is essential if you want to try the gin.

Great fun! Kevin and Mary were incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They gave great advice and made the whole experience really inclusive.

I have been on Gin experiences before, but none like the one we had at Willow Tree Distillery. When I was told I would be making my own gin, I really didn’t expect to be hand selecting my own combination of botanicals and using a pestle & mortar to pulverise juniper berries to actually distill gin using a small still. It was brilliant! From start to finish, we all had a great experience and it is something I would definitely recommend to my friends and family to try out.

A wonderful way to spend a Saturday afternoon! I’d been wanting to do a gin making course for a while and this was just amazing, the process, the history, the gin everything was just fabulous. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely, fun, afternoon creating our gins. The guidance and history was first-class and the outcomes were delicious. Nice to be able to have such a great experience here in Bedfordshire. It was great to share in the journey of this wonderful gin.

An excellent value for money tour. A nice and quite different gin. Interesting talks without being too long. Very friendly staff.

An overall great experience. Allow at least 3 hours from start to finish. There were 8 in our group and all lovely people. Everything was clearly explained. We made our own unique gin choosing our own flavours and measurements. Left with a lovely bottle of gin to drink. I’ll definitely be ordering more of what we made!
