We played the course the first day it reopened on Nov 2 after overseeding. Greens were still a little sandy in some places, and lightning fast throughout the course. Gorgeous views, nice workers, cool course.

From start to finish, awful experience. We played two consecutive days and the round cost almost $300.00 each. The starter was obnoxious on both occasions and the staff at the pro shop was not any better. We arranged to have our clubs picked up at the course with Ship Sticks, but the resort had the clubs locked in a room and the pickup was delayed.

It takes s little while to figure it out. You check in/pay way up the mountain at the resort/hotel. Then take the golf cart 3/4 of a mile down the hill to the practice range. Then take the cart 1/4 mike back up the hill to Mountain Course #1 tee. After all that it is pretty straight forward top tier desert golf. Exceptional views from many holes but the Par 3 #4 is probably their signature hole.
As you would expect, Country Club level service.
There are 2- 18 hole courses here (Mountain and Canyon). The Ventana Canyon CC Members play one course and the resort guests play the other course. They switch it around on some kind of regular basis.

Must play if you are in Tucson....challenging holes with crazy scenes! Both couses at Ventana worth a detour

We found the golf course in excellent shape and very scenic
but leaving the pro shop we had to go at least 3/4 of a mile to find the starter and the washroom
long winding path most of the path
the course itself was absolutely perfect shape the greens were very fast
Some incredible views from the higher points
We played in just over three hours and had no one hold us up or push us

Registration was easy. Then drive in golf cart about 1 kilometre to practice green which was near both courses (2nd course - Mountain), Large practice range. I had never seen a practice green so well manicured as it seemed so perfect (almost artificial). This course has best I have seen in Tucson. Nice wide fairways and vast greens. It was also fun going from green to next tees as the landscape was unique to me. My only minor negative is that greens were actually too fast for my heavy putter. Would definitely play it again and highly recommend it.

Greatly enjoyed the round. Course is bears do was in great shape. Some holes are tight off the tee. Greens firm and fast. Pricing was fair also will play again

Lovely and tough. A very challenging Tucson/Catalina Mountain course. Thank god for golf carts. Around the greens either chipping or putting is almost impossible but who’s counting their real golf score!

Quel beau visuel! À chaque trous une expérience, vitesse des verts où l’on doit se concentrer, le trou #3, par 3, vautvla peine d’être joué des noirs juste pour le visuel, attention si vous avez le vertige! Très beau terrain.
