During our first stay in Tucson (and Arizona), we visited this gallery and walked out with many beautiful mementos of the amazing Sonoran Desert we didn't want to leave! Diane Madaras is a very talented artist and her artwork is gorgeous!
We only wish she had more gift items for sale that featured her painting of Old Main at U of A. They would certainly make beautiful and unique graduation gifts. We really would love to purchase one of her wood boxes with this detailed painting of Old Main featured on the lid.
We highly recommend a visit to this lovely gallery. You will be amazed and certainly not disappointed!

The art work of the Southwest Sonoran Desert, and specifically Tucson, is absolutely beautiful and full of vibrant color that represents our magnificent area. Highly recommend a visit to this beautiful gallery. Some of my favorites to check out include Catalina Magic, Beep Beep, and Roadrunner in Bloom. Featured art available in originals, prints, canvas, and metal. The metal art is perfect for outdoor patios and garden areas and will not fade from sun exposure. Gift items include cutting boards, trivets, coasters, ornaments, gift cards, glasses, and jewelry. I have purchased numerous items and frequently take both locals and out of town visitors to the gallery.

Beautiful art by local artists. This gallery is meant for the serious art collector or admirers. Several small rooms separate the medium, artist, or subject. For someone who don't want to spend the money, there are smaller items featuring the artwork (under $50) or coasters (under $20).

I highly recommend visiting the Madras Gallery when you are in Tucson. Wonderful art and other gift items. I've placed a number of gift orders online from their website, and their staff is wonderful answering questions and accommodating your needs.

Wonderful Gallery, varied works, staff prepared to help, explain and refer you to other pieces you may enjoy. Diana's work is superb, always a pleasure to see. Exhibited with her works are representations of 20 or more other artists whose works are also interesting and worth a look. So, many choices! We could spend hours and hours in the gallery. We will be back!!!

Diana Madaras is a talented artist and animal lover. Her art pieces are vibrant and interesting. I also love the fact that she is practical, making her works available not only as paintings and prints, but placing her artwork on coffee mugs, coasters, greeting cards, cutting boards, lazy susans and other household items.
Thus, I have her artwork and items both in my home and my vacation condo.
The gallery on Swan is a lovely venue. And I enjoy meeting Diana in person whenever I read that she will be attending a reception there. Several other artists have their works on display, too, and I have bought some jewelry there that I wear all the time. The gallery staff is always pleasant. Certainly worth a visit!

The entire experience is awesome. Diana’s art is so beautiful and creative, and she also exhibits the art of 20+ other artists in Tucson. There is so much to see in this gallery, and I love to take friends here. I always buy hostess gifts at the gallery, and I also purchased Diana’s book, Private Spaces, which contains wonderful stories, photos and paintings. The staff is always helpful and friendly. All in all, this is a great place for Tucsonans and visitors alike.
