I rented bikes for my whole family for a week in Tuscany. Tuscany Bicycle were great to deal with. Siena was very responsive to emails before the trip. They helped me select the right sizes and answered all my questions. The bikes were delivered by Luca upon our arrival and he was helpful and friendly, orienting us to the bikes. The bikes themselves were excellent. They were well-maintained and in good condition, and they were high-end models. Pickup at the end of the rental was also smooth. Communication with Luca over whatsapp was fantastic and clear.
I looked at a couple of other rental options before selecting Tuscany Bicycle, and they were less responsive or had inferior bikes.
I 100% recommend this company and would absolutely rent from them again. I even dropped by their shop on the way out of the area so I could buy a jersey!

Hired a carbon road bike for 2 days. Great email contact with Siena who was able to get the right bike for me. My flight was delayed so they were also able to arrange a hotel drop off for me as I was staying locally. Drop off was easy too. Had two great days on the bike! Thank You!!!

Esperienza meravigliosa... negozio super fornito con bici sia elettriche che muscolari di alto livello, Elisabeth persona super competente cordiale che ti guida in tour immersi nel Chianti ... che dire non si potrebbe chiedere di meglio!

We rented bikes while in Gaiole, Chianti. Gabriele delivered our bikes to Castello di Meleto. He was very friendly and helpful. The bikes were great and so much fun!! He also went above and beyond by dropping pizza off for us on his way home since the castle restaurant was closed one day and we had nowhere to eat! So kind and very appreciated!!!

We did the half-day Castle ride with Lucca as our guide and it was fabulous! My wife and I are intermediate road bikers and we wanted an easy ride that got us out into the country side and experiencing Tuscany. This ride was better than we hoped. It was beautiful. It was moderately easy. The views, the wine tasting, the entire experience was all that we imagined. We would encourage anyone to do this ride.

My wife and I, with our 19 and 21 year old daughters spent 10 days just outside of Gaiole in Chianti. While there, we did 3 different bike tours and rented bikes with Elizabeth and her crew at Tuscany Bicycle. The castle tour allowed us to get the lay of the land around Gaiole. The gravel tour was tremendous and eye-opening experience--a great taste of the countless beautiful 'white roads' of Tuscany. I am already scheming my return to explore more white roads. We also did custom tour south of Gaiole. Elizabeth was a great guide who shared her love of bicycling and adjusted well according to the group. She is also a trained sommelier--a great resource in a country full of vineyards. Luca and Gabriele were fantastic at maintaining the bikes and providing support. The bikes are new and in great shape.

Embarking on the Castle Ride with Tuscany Bicycle was a truly captivating experience that immersed our vacation group in the rich history and breathtaking landscapes of Tuscany. From the moment we set off on our e-bikes, our knowledgeable guide, Elizabeth, led us on an amazing journey through the enchanting countryside.
Pedaling up the winding roads, we discovered the hidden gems of Tuscany, including the magnificent villas that dot the landscape. The carefully planned route allowed us to explore both gorgeous vistas and some off-the-beaten-path treasures, making the ride a remarkable adventure for our group.
The Castle Ride to the breathtaking Brolio Castle provided an exquisite blend of physical activity, cultural exploration, and an eye-full of natural beauty. As we cycled through the picturesque Tuscan hills to get there, the sight of vineyards, olive groves, wildflowers with butterflies dancing among them, stretched out before us, creating a postcard-perfect backdrop.
One aspect that truly stood out during the Castle Ride was the impeccable service and expertise provided by guide Elizabeth (and her trusted counterpart, Luca) of Tuscany Bicycle. Our guide’s passion for the region and love for cycling was contagious, as she shared fascinating anecdotes and tailored the pace to suit the group’s needs. The bikes provided were of excellent quality, well-maintained, and comfortable, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable ride throughout the journey. The team’s commitment to safety, along with their in-depth knowledge of the local area, instilled a sense of confidence and allowed us to fully enjoy ourselves in taking in the breathtaking views. (And yes, many stops for photo ops!). Once we reached the castle’s wine tasting room, the pinnacle of our 3 hour tour, it was like the cherry (or should I say grape…) on top of the experience. I have to say it was overall a perfect blend of adventure, culture, and fun, leaving lasting memories. Grazi, Elizabeth. 🙏

Tuscany Bicycle is conveniently located in Gaiole in Chianti, with easy on-site parking, just slightly outside the centre of town.
Our travel company had been a little vague as to quite what our e-bike tour would entail, however Elizabeth soon put us at our ease. We were introduced to the e-bikes and their ease of operation and after a short familiarisation around the car park we were on our way.
Elizabeth explained our route would be around 50km (!) and would take in the fabulous Tuscan countryside, a coffee stop, lunch and wine-tasting.
The e-bikes were a dream to ride and so easy to operate, taking the effort out of the steepest of hills. We were soon high in the hills and enjoying the incredible views, at one point looking over to Siena.
Our lunch stop was at a wonderful restaurant with beautifully prepared food, followed by wine tasting at Rocca Castaglioni.
A 20min ride back to the bike shop completed our day.
Highly recommended.

Very professional and patient staff. Luca did an excellent job telling us about the. stupid sites and guiding us at a perfect speed. Wonderful scenery, delicious lunch and educational wine tour/tasting. Wouldn’t change a thing.

This was one of our best days of an amazing trip to Italy. Elizabeth and Rafaele took us on an e-bike ride up to a castle and on to a wonderful lunch and wine tasting. They were both warm and incredibly knowledgeable about the region, cycling and wine. For flatlanders like us, the e-bikes were a must on the steeper grades. We rode through sun and rain, staying dry-ish with ponchos provided by the company. Such a fun day that we will talk about for a long time.

sarebbe possibile noleggiare una bicicletta per un periodo di 6 mesi, oppure sono bici disponibili solo in occasione di un'unica giornata in particolare e da riconsegnare in serata? Il costo, eventualmente?
