After having been there several times we decided to return a few days ago. Although, as always, the prior attention is very good, the service has not been up to par. It is strange that 3 people cannot manage the indoor dining room with the tables that were there, I speak from experience where that range of tables could be managed by myself (5 small tables and one large). Throughout the meal there have been various errors constantly, in the end I had to get up from the table to be attended to after speaking with the service up to 3 times and not giving the answer. All the food, as always, very good, although it took a long time. Javi has always tried to do his best. The truth is, although we love the place and consider it idyllic, if we have to add the trip and the attention received, we would seriously consider returning.

It was our third visit to the restaurant. From the beginning the communication and treatment were unbeatable, as always. Happy to return and looking forward to showing our friends this idyllic place that we remembered
Unfortunately, when we arrived at the restaurant it was no longer like that. There had been no communication pertinent to what was previously discussed. The visit to the winery, although free (as in other wineries), is extremely short and poor in terms of production and processes, especially if you already have some experience in the field of oenology. Gratuity is no excuse for us.
It is worth highlighting the kindness, friendliness and cordiality of the person who served us (Javier). Indeed, something that would make us repeat. However, several errors during this same service become incomprehensible, slowness in bringing the food (although we do not know if there was a problem since we were not informed about the seconds it took approx. 40 minutes...), repeated requests (4) in intervals of 5 -10 minutes for the bread to the waitress when she was serving other portions of bread to other tables (incomprehensible)…, forgetting on two occasions the candles on a cake that was supposed to be a surprise… in conclusion, an idyllic place, with very good quality of food, where they take care of the details but in my subjective opinion, even though it has a lot of charm it needs more professionalism on the part of the service.
Finally, and using one of the terms used by Javier during the visit, the “loss of prestige” that he told us about his wine is not only due to production errors but also to the lack of professionalism of the person who produced it. serves (referring to the waiters).

Estos errores detallados y muy bien expresados no pueden ocurrir. Lo lamentamos. Sin duda que será un placer recibirles nuevamente en el Priorat y en Clos Figueras. Como siempre a su disposición!

Somos unos apasionados del vino, y esta es nuestra tercera visita al Priorat. Nos pareció que el menú maridaje que ofrecían era una buena manera de conocer los vinos de Clos Figueras.
Nos atendió Joanna, que nos explicó la historia de la bodega y nos acompañó a visitarla. Después nos dejó en el restaurante para la comida con maridaje.
La propuesta es muy interesante. Los vinos nos gustaron y la comida también. Las raciones apropiadas
Sin embargo el servicio no estuvo a la altura. A pesar de solo haber cuatro mesas ocupadas, no estaban pendientes de los clientes. A mi marido se le derramó la copa con el último vino ( Clos Figueras) y en ningún momento vinieron a limpiar la mesa o preguntar si le servían un poco más de vino. Cuando estábamos esperando el postre llegó Joanna y fue ella quién se encargó de que nos retiraran el camino de mesa empapado de vino y limpiar la mesa. Los camareros no se habían molestado en hacerlo.
Desde aquí agradecer de nuevo a Joanna su dedicación y amabilidad.
Tienen grandes vinos y una buena cocina, y sobre todo el concepto de visita con menú maridado es muy atractivo, pero para que sea perfecto tiene que mejorar el servicio de sala

Este comentario espero sea una crítica constructiva de un restaurante-bodega al que tenemos mucho cariño, tras conocerlo en condiciones muy especiales y haber repetido varías veces.
Hemos traído un grupo de amigos y no se han cumplido las expectativas.
La visita a la bodega, con retraso, demasiado rápido y comentarios de ‘sobrao’
La comida mucho mas floja que en anteriores visitas.
Y lo peor la gestión, desde el momento de la reserva, el servicio en sala y los errores en la cuenta (sin querer pensar mal a pesar de ser varios) muy mal gestionado sin una sola disculpa.
Conclusión: esta visita no llega al aprobado!!
Cuando un negocio no evoluciona positivamente no augura un buen futuro.
Seguramente le daremos otra oportunidad pero espero vivir una experiencia radicalmente distinta.

WOW - what a wonderful pairing lunch! We were fortunate to be able to dine al fresco on a beautiful October day, and enjoyed being under the natural canopy of grape vines and ficus. The garden is lovely and being outside, enjoying a selection of white and red wines along with the superb food, was sublime.
Lunch began with a selection of three different pates with acompanying bread and a fresh tomato salad, paired with two light white wines. Delcious! What followed was equally fabulous - a baked then lightly fried whole potato with both an aoli and red pepper sauce, accompanied by two lovely red wines. Again….delicious! Then we opted for salmon which was served with another superb sauce and fennel. We eat a lot of salmon at home and thought this was among the best we have tasted. Again we enjoyed two more red wines before dessert was served. Do NOT miss out on dessert. It’s worth saving just a bit of room for it.
Everyone we met who was associated with this lovely winery and restaurant was very nice and eager to tell us about their wines.
It was a perfect lunch which made our perfect day even better!

Ho apprezzato molto la loro formula pranzo con degustazione vini in abbinamento.
Il menù è molto vario con tante proposte locali e tipiche.
Puoi scegliere quello che vuoi.
Durante il pranzo ti servono 2 vini bianchi e 3 rossi.
Il loro rosso top di gamma è ricco e molto ben fatto, ma anche caro (per chi vuol comprare una bottiglia a parte)
Prima o dopo pranzo ti fanno visitare la cantina (non particolarmente bella...)
Come cibo, molto buono il piatto di verdure grigliate con la tipica salsa "aioli".
Eccellente e gustosa la grande patata "bravas".
Come piatto principale abbiamo preso agnello e salsiccia. L'agnello molto tenero. Salsiccia ben cotta, succosa e saporita.
Complimenti al ragazzo che illustra i vini, molto preparato. Si vede che partecipa alla produzione del vino e che non ha studiato a memoria le "solite cose" da dire ai turisti.
Consiglio: assaggiate anche il loro olio molto delicato, fatto con olive piccolissime della zona.
Il menù è molto vario con tante proposte locali e tipiche.
Puoi scegliere quello che vuoi.
Durante il pranzo ti servono 2 vini bianchi e 3 rossi.

Amazing food and wine experience! Four course meal (starter, salad, main course and dessert) accompanied by two whites and two reds. When we arrived, the host was busy with a large group of french tourists and asked us to wait for half an hour in the garden; while waiting, we were served some light snacks (olives, cheese) accompanied by lovely Viognier! Every meal and wine were thoroughly explained. The people working there are really knowledgeable and passionate about the winemaking. After the meal, we were shown the production rooms and the cellar that once was the underground water reservoir for the estate. And we were offered another red! We stayed there for over 3 hours and truly enjoyed every minute!
