Wonderful and easy experience. They got us our car right away at airport and also picked us up from holbox ferry right on time ! I would definitely use them again! They even brought a cooler to stop for drinks along the way!

Excellent service. I have used them 3 times already to go from Cancun Airport to Chiquila. Easy to find the driver, very reliable and on time.

I used Go Holbox Transfers twice in February 24 and although not the cheapest transfer company they were very reliable. They picked up us up at the correct time every occasion and transported us to our final destination with speed and efficiency.
The booking process was easy and communication was excellent, well done.

We used Go Holbox Transfers at the end of January 2024 and had a great experience. Mariel was very easy to get ahold of if we needed anything (like finding our driver in a sea of people) and was incredibly helpful. Rafael was our driver to and from Holbox and did an amazing job driving and checking to make sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. We will for sure use them again when we visit Holbox!

Go Holbox Transfers was an amazing experience for us. We were picked up from one hotel right on time. Ricardo took us to Chiquila for the ferry and on the way we stopped for tacos and a few items at the grocery store. We requested him for the ride back and everything was great. Once in Holbox we noticed my brother in law had left a luggage at the old hotel. I contacted Go transfers and same day they were able to pick up the luggage and get it to another driver who was heading to Holbox so we could meet them for the luggage. Just great customer service and very responsive. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

We had a good experience getting picked up at our hotel to drive us to chiquilla. The driver was very punctual and arrived 10 minutes before. He provided us instructions of how to buy our ticket for holbox and was very friendly.

This was a great private shuttle from Cancun airport/hotels to/from the Isla Holbox ferry. We were 3 friends arriving at two different terminals and this was challenging. But Mariel handled that AND a last minute flight change with ease. We communicated easily via email and WhatsApp. Our friend received bad advice from airport personal which complicated our ability to find her. But once we were on our way, the driver stopped at an ATM and grocery for provisions on the way. I forgot to ask about the toll road and wished I had because it was a long and bumpy road to the ferry. We paid the extra $15 for the toll road heading back to Cancun. It was easy to change our return time by a hour with Mariel several days in advance. This was the only shuttle I found that went to Zona Hotelera and not just the airport. The drivers were easy to find, courteous, and spoke English. The shuttle was clean and the costs lower than other companies. Highly recommend!
