Friendly, clean, safe and priced well under the competition!
Great communication, easy pick up. Very clean and comfortable van. The two hour drive went by so fast. Arrived early at Chiquila and driver quickly got our bags and told us to hurry to the ferry to catch the earlier ferry to Holbox. Great price compared to other companies I looked at!

Nice touch for first timers to Holbox.
Transportation was great. We did a round trip from Cancun Airport to our hotel in Holbox.

To clarify what’s included: pickup at airport just outside the terminal a driver is waiting. Then private transportation to the Holbox ferry landing. The driver then gives you the ferry tickets. The ferry leaves every 30 minutes. When you get off the ferry a golf cart and driver are waiting to take you to your hotel.

All the drivers had signs and were waiting for us at the designated locations. They offered to stop for a bathroom break or to get water/snack along the way.

Vehicles were nice and clean vans clearly marked.

The additional fee for the Tollway really made a difference. On the way to Holbox the tollway was closed for police activity and the drive took 3 1/2 hours to go the long way. On the return the tollway was clear sailing and took just over 2 hours.

We used the shared shuttle service from Cancun to Chiquila; and Chiquila to Playa del Carmen in 2019. We used the private shuttle service from Akumal to Chiquila; and Chiquila to the Cancun airport in 2023. We find this company to be a great, reliable option.

Pas de visite de Isla Pajaros … Et pas prévenu que l’arrêt ne se faisait pas

Ils sont très sympas au bureau, ainsi que sur le bateau. Mais pour le tour des 3 îles, nous ne sommes pas allés à Isla Pajaros, qui était la raison pour laquelle j’ai booke le tour et on ne nous a pas prévenu… de retour a Holbox, je suis allée voir le bureau et on nous dit que c’est à cause du vent et que d’habitude ils y vont. Mais aucune compensation, ou autre. Ça serait bien de savoir avant de booker un tour. Donc je ne recommande pas

Reckless driver

Our ride from CUN to Holbox was a nightmare. Our driver did NOT use the toll roads. Since we had no clue, we trusted him. Tolls were included in the cost too...
He drove like a reckless maniac even though we nicely asked him twice to slow down. He was passing cars at a crazy speed on a regular road (not a freeway). My guess is he pocketed the toll road moneys and drove another route instead and in order to make up for that time he drove like a crazy person. That also explains why he asked us if we had ever been to Holbox before. Had we known he would have never driven those weird "side streets". We figured this out on our way back, after specifically asking for another driver, that in fact DID drive the toll roads aka freeway and took us back to CUN in a quick and safe manner. Even though the back ride went well I would not book with this same company again. I was travelling with my older parents and they were very scared by the unsafe driving style.

Muy buena opción de trasaldo. Eficiente y economica. El proceso de contratación fue muy rapida y segura.
Instrucciones claras para el abordaje y ya dentro muy buen estado de la unidad

Reliable transport. On time. Careful drivers. Much better than driving yourself. The drivers know where all of the speed bumps are!

He usaso esta compania para viajar por màs de 6 años, pero esta vez decidieron subir el precio de casi lo doble por pedir una factura. Un boleto de chiquila a playa cuesta 250 normalmente, ahora màs iva = 406 pesos...que paso? Llegando a chiquila (a tiempo) para tomar la combi de las 11h30am, no habia llegado, tuvimos que esperar los demas turistas y yo una hora completa para que nos den una combi, el resto del viaje estuvo bien, el chofer nos dejo donde necesitabamos estar pero la experiencia deja que desear

I took a shared shuttle with Holbox Adventures back to Cancun airport and it was great. The driver was safe and reliable. He kept up up-to-date with traffic (there is alot of construction around Cancun Airport right now, leave extra time!) and asked for our input on whether to take the toll road (shorter, slightly higher cost but actually more traffic) or the longer, toll-free road with less traffic. He spoke Spanish but with the help of my fellow travellers and our phones we all figured it out.
The van was comfortable. It was full but it was an early departure to the airport so likely one of the more full runs of the day. A/C was good which as a wimpy Canadian I appreciated! The was also friendly, accessible and easy to book with. Highly recommend.
