half of your words are not really what happened. probably our staff was not able to explain properly what happened, but on the other side, we daily and normally plan boat tours for individuals and groups and everbody is always happy. And our price is the best in the region!!! misunderstandings can happen, but this is not a proper reason to say lies (write bad reviews like this without going properly into the facts i mean). secondary you might consider that your behaviour was very aggressive without any sense considering you were talking with a 20 years old gilr that started to cry when you left because of your screams.
