Waste of time and fuel

Went to freeport never again it's like a ghost town with half the shops closed but there's plenty of places to get a coffee wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Waste of time

Awful place, cheap and run down. Shops closed down, the ones open were cheap and low quality. Disappointed not worth the journey.

Visited yesterday and sorry to see there were even fewer shops than the last time we were here which was earlier this year.
Seems a bit ghost like at the moment which is such a shame

Visited today 7/9/22.
Lots of empty units. Love the way it's set out. Nice selection of shops and lovely people. Was closer to Hornsea than I expected. Worth a visit, but sad there's so many units which are empty.

Lovely place but shopping is absolutely dire...took longer to get there than it did to walk around ...such a shame but its awful there

Terrible service

The Wedding Dress Outlet.Went with sister-in-law to look at wedding dresses so she could get a feel as to what sort she wanted. Staff were rude from the start, not very helpful when asked questions, were quick to point out not touch the dresses (even to look at the price tags which were hidden within the plastic coverings), and made uncalled for remarks when two male members of our family waked in with us. Will not be going back there and definitely not recommended.

Been to the freeport many times when it first opened but I need to say its gone down hill and to me not worth a visit any longer

Very quiet with a lot of empty shops.

Came for a ride out to Hornsea free port today, could not believe how quiet it was and also all the empty units, there is a very nice coffee place in the middle of the free port tho.

We visited a long time ago, so returned the place looked drab, quite a few factory shops open so was not a waste of time.
Staff all pleasant and helpful, but not everything was cheap, could buy cheaper outside
But still enjoyed our shop and walk around

Shop in safety.

A return visit was made during a sunny but cool period of weather. This shopping experience is unique as it could be described as a tranquil centre. Tree lined & traffic free. It is lovely to just browse & feel safe from road vehicles. We purchased shoes & picnic chairs at very reasonable prices. Pleasant staff & well presented shops. Good parking facilities. We look forward to a return visit later in the year.
