We are sorry you feel your experience of visiting us did not meet your expectations. The selection of gifts we stock are indeed varied and many are unique and hand crafted etc. We are not about volume stock as we are primarily a picture framing shop with studio. Some of our pieces may not be on show especially when we are re-arranging displays. We pride ourselves on being approachable and friendly and greet all when they come in. It is our customer policy to go the extra mile to try and keep all our customers happy and attended to. If our customers stay in the studio long enough, we always offer to assist if required, however we are also mindful that some customers prefer to be left to browse quietly without interruption. I am sorry we failed to impress you on this occasion.
