Fab bar great atmosphere lovely friendly bar staff . If your up for a laff this is the bar DJ Russ will have you laughing ,lots of banter lots of dancing .kid friendly bar he gets kids joining in too . So if your in commercial centre give xtreemz a try you won't be disappointed .all sports on the big screens too.

So great to see Russell and Debbie open their new bar post covid. Always made welcome and a great night out in Xtreeemz. Relocated to right in the middle of the commercial centre (bottom), hopefully you won’t miss it! We’ll see you next time.

Had a handful of great nights here on our recent visit to Puerto Rico. All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly, the choice of drinks was vast and modestly priced and the atmosphere is great - we immediately knew we found our regular nighttime haunt after our first visit.
The shot quiz each night is fun and produces some genuinely hilarious results, with everybody being encouraged to get involved. Though it is worth noting that it is not for the easily offended; there is a lot of banter and tongue in cheek quips that the (thankfully rare) uptight type may take offense to.
Russ is a fantastic DJ and plays a lot of crowd favourites. He goes the extra mile to build rapport with each individual visitor; welcomes newcomers and regulars on arrival and departure, chats with the clientele during his breaks and so on - it's the little things but it makes a huge difference to the atmosphere and overall experience of the visit to the bar.
Thoroughly recommend a visit here if you're out and about in Puerto Rico, it does live up to the hype.

Fantastic bar, owners, staff and prices. Delicious cocktails. So glad to have Xtreeemz opened in new location. Fun bar, shot quiz and banter. Normal service has been resumed.

The best bar in Puerto Rico for music and laughs with DJ Russ. Brilliant nights. If never been must see when visiting Puerto Rico. Many of great night in this bar. Top couple Russ and Debs make you feel very welcome. Back in 7 weeks.

Absolutely brilliant night. Kids made to feel welcome, our 9 year old granddaughter loved the place and wanted to go every night.

Just back from Gran Canaria and visited bar twice while there. Been regulars from old bar and now to new. Amazing management in Russ and Debs and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend you visit for the banter, laughs and most importantly the alcohol ;)))) will be back for new year. 5 star + all the way.

Hello, this bar sounds right up our street, we are visiting Puerto Rico for first time in September. My husband is a spurs fan, so I'm sure we will be paying you a visit. Do you sell Fosters lager?

Hi. We don’t sell fosters anymore I’m afraid. We stopped as it didn’t sell well. We have on draught Carling, Coors lite and Alhambra. Plus about 6 others in bottles.

The bar is in the Europa centre as you walk down a big set of steps and on your left theres a pizza takeaway walk to bottom of steps and keep walking forward past Irish bar on ur left and barbecoa bar on ur right, as you come to some railings in front of you turn left and walk along what seems to be back of the Europa centre, within 20 yards you will come to Extreeemz bar, people usually stand outside smoking and Russ himself does too, and yes the bar is always open🍺👍
