Lots of things to look at. Almost too much. I can not really see a tree due to the forest of things.

When you are up in Berry's Bay or hanging around the Madawaska area looking for something to do this place is a great spot to drop in and browse around at a very wide variety of cool and interesting items from all over the world. I actually was amazed that they have such a huge amount of inventory between the two stores one in downtown Barry's Bay on the main strip and the other one closer to combermere. My family and I looked around and there's too much to see in one visit and you'll probably find something you didn't know you wanted, I know I did and bring it home to fill up your house which probably has too much stuff in it anyways but you can't say no. They have everything from totem poles to clothing to books to wall art of very cool Volkswagen vehicles and old classic motorcycles canadiana stuff that talks about being at the beach or being at the cottage all of it probably made in far off East Asia somewhere but some of it is pretty amazing to look at. They have a couple of tiki God sculptures that are several hundred pounds and I wonder how they ever imported them into the country. All in all a good little diversion when you're looking for something to do other than sit at the beach with your feet in the water

I’ve been spending summers in Barry’s Bay since 1984. Grumbling granny’s has been around as long as I can remember and is such a special place.

Very Unique and a lot of neat things. It is worth stopping if you like while in Barry's Bay. Love the look for the outside.

I always find something to purchase at Granny's, so many fun and funky things to look at....
This time I picked up ladies tank tops in a muted green tie dye and silver embellishments (tree of life and butterflies), and a red and purple tie dye dress. I love the leather purses and wallets with the day of the dead and western styling on them as you come in the door!

What a store! It goes on for miles, and every corner has something different tucked in it. We browsed for an hour or so and bought a couple of neat items.
