Aare ware beach is a little known but most beautiful
Long stretches of white sand and no crowds makes it very attractive.
Aare ware beach resort is a good place to stay. Good clean rooms, good food, homely atmosphere all at a reasonable cost.
Most people have not heard of this place but it has a potential to become a big tourist spot.

One of the best beaches , totally un spoilt , spotlessly clean with white sands and a long area to admire the nature and the blue waters. Easily accessible. The mornings and evenings are the best time to visit.

Aare and Ware are two different beaches but you can say two sides of the same mountain. Beaches are beautiful and seem like not a lot of people go or know about these beaches. We were staying near Ganpatipule which is around 12 km from Aare Ware was packed with tourists on the weekend but in spite of so close proximity, Aare Ware beaches were all empty. We had the complete beach to ourselves.
Also, when you are on the mountain ( connecting roads ), you can see both sides of the beach and it looks extremely beautiful. There are few stalls over the mountain selling Coconut water and snacks, you can enjoy the same with views of beaches and endless sea.
Just one thing I want to point out is the entrance to Aare beach was a little dirty not sure because of the visitors who are coming or the local people. Rest it's a gem absolutely worth visiting.

The Aare and Ware Beaches are separated by a small hillock. Both are excellent beaches offering clean waters and soft sand. The coastal highway is also good from the view perspective. Although the road condition is not great.

Beaches are in the name of Aare and Vare villages, just at a distance of approx 12 kms from Ganapatipule. These twin beaches, known as Aare-Ware are geological wonder in itself, the two sides of the same mountain, the Aare and Ware beach were formed ages ago due to the convergence of the mountain into the ocean. mesmerizing, virgin and crescent looking twin beaches.We were there, while going from Ganpatipule to Ratnagiri. Since it was afternoon time, tourists were not there at the beach.

We crossed village Aare and village Ware, while on our way to Malgund, a place approximately 6 km from Ganpatipule. This beach is so beautiful with nice golden sand and easy access to the beach. Needs lot of development though to make it a real tourist attraction. For a nature lover, visit anytime of the day,but bring your picnic hamper and umbrellas!

The view of the hill, the waters hitting the hill and its swirling is a feast for the eyes. I had a good time at this scenic beach at Ratnagiri.

This is by far one of the cleanest beaches i have been to and surprisingly it is in India. Highly recommended to all sea lovers and adventure sports lovers. You can do scuba diving, boat rides etc. on this beach. There is a beautiful coastal road passing by but there are not much food stalls, only coconut water and some soft drinks are available so make sure you carry your stuff before going to the beach.

I visited Ratnagiri for business purpose. After being relieved from work, took break at evening and visited Aare Ware Beach. Beaches are clean and fresh. Felt like lonely planet as compare to Mumbai.

One of the best coastal route I have ever ridden.
It is on the way to Ganapatipule from Ratnagiri.
Beach is very much cleaner, the beach can be observed from road. If you are on Road trip, don't forget this route.
