We booked a visit to the château with Audio guide and four wine tastings. The château is spectacular and they produce excellent wine, particularly the local Brouilly. Personally, I don't like audio guides and the wine tasting was rushed and impersonal because a coach load of people had just arrived.

Très joli château qui se situe au milieu des vignes.
La visite, avec des audiopones est intéressante.
La chapelle est particulièrement belle. Le chais est magnifique.
Nous avons choisi une visite simple, 5 euros. Possiblité de dégustation en réglant 9 euros.

Wij reden langs het kasteel en zijn even gestopt omdat het er imposant en uitnodigend uit zag. Behalve dat het tussen de wijngaarden ligt en je er wijn kan kopen, heeft het kasteel en de tour weinig met wijn maken te maken. Leuk voor de kinderen trouwens, een leuk tourtje door een kasteel. Ikzelf miste een beetje de vaten met wijn oid, of echte informatie over de wijn en het maken van de wijn. Nu heb ik niet de hele audiotour geluisterd, dus misschien heb ik het daar gemist. Desalniettemin een leuk bezoekje met kinderen aan een kasteeltje. Vooral de gevangenis maakte indruk op de kinderen. De gastvrouw was overigens erg aardig en behulpzaam.

Exteriormente el castillo es magnífico, imponente, pero la visita, despues de haber pagado 9 € por persona, es una estafa. Se visita en 10 minutos, yendo muy despacio..Aconsejo no pagar y visitarlo solo por fuera. Es cierto que en el precio hay una degustación de sus vinos, Beaujolais. Son mas que mediocres, alguno directament malo, los negros, de Gamay, por ejemplo.

We were keen to visit this chateau as the brochure said it offered an English audio guide which we hoped would offer interest for our children on a family visit.
We arrived on a dull August Friday. One other Dutch family was looking around. It wasn't busy by any stretch of the imagination. On warm-welcome duty was Madame Culotte Glaciale who received us as if we had just picked all her grapes for un grand illegal pique-nique...
My French is pretty average but I can get by and asked for two tickets for the castle (5e) and two tickets for the castle and wine tasting (9e). I was told that I could only purchase entrance to the castle - the wine tasting had to be purchased afterwards... So 5e entrance to the castle it was.
She couldn't have been less friendly or helpful. We were snapped at and ordered around... There was no audio guide available (even though the Dutch family seemed to have them and we asked...) We were given a photocopied booklet and left to our own devices.
The chateau has been well renovated but there is little of interest on display. The rooms which are accessible are not well kept with clear evidence of mice and lots of cobwebs. The garden is pleasant.
The smarter reception area where the property's wine is sold is much more pleasant. When we finished our tour and returned to the reception, Madame had just returned from fetching her packed lunch from the fridge. She took our tour leaflets from us and completely ignored the fact that she knew we wanted a degustation of the wines. My husband and I couldn't be bothered by this point in time and decided to drive the short distance to the excellent cave in Villie-Morgon which is far better and where a warm welcome is guaranteed.
I really wouldn't bother visiting Chateau de Corcelles, especially with Madame Culotte Glaciale in charge of the customer service.

Très beau château au milieu des vignes, nous avons décidé de le visiter... mais assez déçu de l'accès limité pour le prix. L'ancien chais (magnifique), le parc (accessible sans payé) et la cour intérieure...ainsi que la chapelle.
Nous aurions voulu en voir plus.

En pleine canicule ( 38°C ) on a été invité à un mariage dans ce lieu emblématique de la région du beaujolais
Une horreur !! un supplice digne des plus grands tortionnaires ; le gestionnaire du château se moque du monde !!
Lorsque il est prévu une méteo caniculaire et ce pour plusieurs jours le bon sens aurait été qu'il se préoccupa un minimum du confort de ses clients : Eh bien non !
Toutes les fenêtres de toit fermées donc aucune circulation d'air possible
Le vin rouge le Brouilly de la propriété ( contrainte imposée au traiteur par le château ) a une température ambiante soit plus de 35°C ; Vous imaginez le tableau
bref la majorité des invités était confrontés au choix de la bienséance entre :
- rester assis dans cette salle surchauffée et irrespirable
ou
- sortir dehors
eh bien vous avez deviné , 80 % de la bonne centaine d'invités ont préférés faire le choix de sortir retirer le peu d'air respirable des jardins
je suppose que la location du lieu n'était pas gratuit loin de là ; mais ne pas veiller à recevoir ses hôtes dans un confort minimum par ces temps caniculaires est d'un irrespect flagrant
une vision qui en dit long sur le soin que le châtelain porte à ses hôtes ( payantes ) !!!

Nous arrivons et patientons seuls dix minutes dans la salle d'accueil. On nous remet une vague brochure relatant l'historique du château et l'on nous dit de nous débrouiller seuls pour la visite alors qu'il était question d'une visite audioguidée sur la brochure (9€/ personne). Idem pour la dégustation archi nulle des vins du château. A proscrire et éviter absolument.
