Great boat tour around Isola del Garda

My wife and I took a 2 hour island tour with Marco and it was terrific. He is knowledgeable about the history of the lake and explained everything beautifully. The scenery, of course, is outstanding, the boat is very comfortable, and we even got to swim. We would definitely go again!

50th wedding anniversary celebration trip

My sister and I were in holiday in Lake Garda a week ago, with my parents who were celebrating 50 years of marriage. Their desire to have a luxury boat cruise was fulfilled and we saw them abroad a beautifully polished blue boat called Prestige with experienced Captain Pierre at the helm. They went for an hour and were raising glasses of prosecco cleverly on magnetic coasters on the side of the boat. They were taken from Gardone (a special request only) around Isola del Garda and a couple of other towns before coming back into harbour at Gardone. Pierre was a brilliant guide we hear and knowledgeable of history of the Lake and surrounding area. Despite an hour trip, this was described by my parents afterwards as unforgettable experience they will relive for rest of their days. I wish I was on it with them Thank you, Pierre, for a great experience for them. Till next time!

Wonderful trip for 4 at sunset. Punctual explanation on board and with funny anecdotes. The guys are very nice and very handsome too😜

Hugely disappointing

We had a hugely disappointing experience. The price for our 4 hour tour (which was actually 2.5 hrs on the boat and 1.5 hrs having lunch on our own in Sirmione) plus a 2hr sunset tour the next day was exorbitant for what we received. The tours were advertised as featuring wine and other beverages, but nothing was offered. It was basically a private water taxi. When we questioned the cost, the captain threatened to call the police if we did not pay immediately. If you are interested in hiring a private boat on Lago di Garda, do yourself a favor and select another company.

Hi Mr. Daniele, there is not much to reply to those who lend themselves to supporting a woman and a "Laura H" profile who creates fake profiles for the sole purpose of writing falsehoods regarding alleged disservices received. Instead, it is fair to warn readers that the tripadvisor profiles: Laura H, G3311PJlaurah, laurahY4495VV, are clearly organized and agreed for the sole purpose of bringing my business and reputation as a business owner into disrepute. WARNING: Avoid Bee Boat Service!!!

WARNING!!! This was the biggest waste of money! I want to warn all other tourists about private boat excursions with Bee Boat Service. They do not provide what they advertise or promise. They promised the boat would be equipped with a "frigo bar with renowned drinks and bottles of wine." We were never offered anything. We eventually asked on the first day if they had anything to drink, and we were offered fanta soda but told there was no water. When we asked for something to drink on the second day, we were handed an already opened warm bottle of water and plastic cups. I have done many private boat tours in Italy and Croatia and this was by far the ABSOLUTE worst experience. This was nothing more than an obscenely over-priced water taxi. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Hi Mrs.Laurie, I won't spend much time or words on you since this negative review is proof of your inability to keep in touch with reality. After roughly 200 positive reviews, anyone reading this can easily tell that if anything was wrong, it was you. With you we were flexible about everything, including the request to reschedule the tour because you feared a bad weather day. We have rescheduled from Friday to Saturday as requested, you show up late to the meeting and departure point but we have not shortened the tour. If a group of 7 people is not satisfied with the tour taken the previous day, they do not come back the next day (Sunday) to go ahead with the other scheduled reservation, but via a phone call or an email they ask for explanations on a bad service received. The many fake reviews (even through fake accounts created ad hoc) that you are having fun writing to discredit our hard work for years, will only serve to make the reader better understand what kind of people we had to deal with. Only when you understood that the pilot would have called the competent authorities, if you had not paid us what was due, did you pay what the agreements were made. This is shameful! in decades of activity we had never encountered such an audacity. Who knows what other boat tour providers could tell us about you... you write that you have found best boat services elsewhere, we assure you that fortunately we too have met more honest customers who have been able to deal with problems by expressing them and not only afterwards, like keyboard lions and false declarations.

Unforgettable proposal

What an experience. From booking to arrival everything worked out perfectly. I booked the luxury tour for proposal. Captain Mirco was so friendly and authentic when we stepped on board, in a luxury Italian boat. The tour was great with information along the way. And as per the information online Mirco gave the queue when it was time to get down on one knee and pop the question in front of the beautiful grounds on the island.

The Prosecco after with nibbles gave us an unforgettable once in a lifetime moment and I would highly recommend to anyone in the area to use Bee Boat service for a special trip or even a nice tour.

Thanks again to Captain Mirco for organising a great trip.

Magical afternoon tour.
We had a delightful morning with Beeboat Tours. Their boat is beautiful, like a work of art. Our captain was delightful, engaging and informative. The tour was a highlight of our trip.

Fantastic comms from the team before, where to park and loo facilities nearby etc. We got stuck in terrible traffic and they moved the next appointment back 30 mins to accommodate us. Outstanding. The tour was excellent. The friendly skipper is local and was able to answer all our questions about the history of the incredibly beautiful buildings around the lake. Highly recommended.

Ci siamo trovate benissimo anche per quanto riguarda la ricerca della data disponibile per il giro in barca !
Ci ha avvisato in tempo per un temporale improvviso e siamo riusciti a trovare subito in altra giorno perfetto per poter fare il giro

A disappointing experience
Confusion over the price as the price when we got to the dock was 40% higher than the price in the brochure in our villa. This seemed excessive so we decided to cancel as no compromise regarding the trip was offered and our deposit was kept with no negotiation. They were entitled to do so.

When we expressed our disappointment and intention to complain we were persued down the dock by the Captain. He stood over us, shouting and raising his fist. This was in front of my wife and 5 children. This was threatening and very aggressive. Later he texted to say that this was merely a form of ‘Italian expression’.
We have been coming to Italy for 40 years and this was the worst experience ever and the degree of aggressive behaviour quite deplorable

Hi Mr.Paul, I was expecting your review because you immediately used blackmail to try to get your deposit back. I won't waste much time in my reply if not to explain to readers that you had received an offer directly from us with the total cost of the service. You accepted that cost with your payment of the deposit. You knew from the get-go how much the remaining balance was. You showed up on the scheduled day, changing what we had settled upon and refusing to pay the remaining balance we had negotiated, saying that you had found a pamphlet in a villa that you were renting a price that was 40% lower (price which was mentioned on a pamphlet from 2018 when petrol still cost 1.25€/l). This is not how things work! Several days before your booking, we didn't sell your booked 4h time slot because we had agreed to reserve that for you. When we denied you a refund you immediately turned around, left, and sent a text, which I have and intend to keep, in which you immediately threatened to give me a negative review. This kind of behaviour has a name: blackmail. And this review you published which sullies and offends our work is called defamation. You also went as far as claiming that you were persecuted aggressively... Which is truly shameful, false, and deplorable! Mistaking a person who struggles to communicate with you due to a language barrier and uses gestures and body language as is typical in Italy to communicate proves that in the 40 years you have been coming to this country you haven't understood jack about our people. I suggest you change your future destination.
