30 x 10 and 11 year olds birthday party. Organised very well and as we arrived early nearly never took part as daughter got really upset with the mannequins that greet you by the door but after a few minutes had s quick look around before the other kids arrived. A few of the kids and adults did get freaked out by the entrance don’t let this out you off!
Facilities are basic but organised with safety in mind and protective clothing supplied
Would recommend to everyone as suitable to all ages

Ok so the place is grotty, dirty and smelly. The staff were somewhat rude and completely unhelpful.
This was a Groupon deal for 15 kids but not all could come in the end and when we arrived 2 didn’t want to go in because of the above.
So 8 kids went in - they would not even give the extra splatballs the the kids that did go in!
If we wanted to have the three games - that was advertised on Groupon - they wanted an extra £150.
In fact the favourite answer was NO. NO food early, NO further games (one 15 min game), NO balls.
We were made to wait in a grotty little room while the others played their games out (around 30min). When food arrived it was basically thrown on the table, no comments with a jug of pee-strength cordial.
If I could give minus points, these impolite rip-off merchants would be the prime candidates.
Go somewhere else!

The place is disgusting, dirty an run down. Don’t use the toilets.
There are not hot drinks available for the adults to buy and the kids have to wait till the end of the game to get a jug of cordial.
The staff are not helpful and a bit rude.

You just get a hot dog... no plates or napkins... and a bar of chocolate.
VERY expensive for what you get.
I’ll never go again, my birthday boy was very upset.

I attended this venue for my sons 10th birthday party with 14 of his friends. First impressions were that is was a tired venue and could do with a bit of modernisation and was also quite dirty. There wasn’t anyone on reception that is also the snack bar and I had to go and find someone to let them know my party was here. The children were teamed up with another party and were briefed on safety and the games they would be playing. They were also provided with overalls and masks, the overalls appeared to have never been washed and had a musty smell about them. The children have an opportunity to get a drink in between the 2nd and 3 rd game however this is not provided as part of the party package and drinks are £1 each, i was never informed of this during booking and was told I couldn’t bring anything extra in, a jug of juice should be provided or the venue should inform on booking so that extra drinks could be paid for in advance. The paintballjng itself appeared to be good and all the boys in our party enjoyed themselves however I have nothing to compare it too. When it was time to go to the party room it was a real let down and extremely disorganised. The room wasn’t pre prepared so food and drinks were available straight away it was dark (only one light working),no music but a CD player available (again not informed on booking), dirty, 1 jug of juice was brought for 15 children. Food is the cheapest hotdog you could buy and a chocolate roll I paid an extra £1.50 per child for extra food, children were provided with two trays of sandwiches which appeared o.k. and a bowl of crisps. No plates or tomato sauce are provided and we had to wait for hotdogs which I didn’t nearly get and when queried the staff member spoke to me quite rudely. This aspect of the party ruined it for me and I would not recommend it as a venue for a child’s party, it would probably be o.k for a session of paintballing but that is it as the service is definitely below what we have experienced at other venues and the cost is exactly the same if not more. Definitely not worth it when you would have to provide so many extras yourself and the whole point is you have attended a venue to take the stress away in sorting out your child’s party.

Had my son birthday party today. The kids loved it. And the staff were amazing couldn’t have asked for more help. Thank you so much

Had my son's 7th birthday party here and he had a fantastic time we were a bit concerned with some of the reviews at first but we had no problems the staff were fantastic the games were fun for all the kids and everyone had a great time we will be coming back soon

Hugely regret coming here when there are better alternatives around.
The staff are clearly in an environment where they think they can get away with murder, they were rude, sexist, racist, and clearly very comfortable like that, shouldn't have anything to do with organising children whatsoever.
They were also aggressively up-selling when it came to paintballs, wouldn't take no for an answer. And what I got for for £70 each was frankly ridiculous. The mark up they make on such basic equipment much be very good, for them.
The venue was cheap, tacky, and small. The guns we got weren't accurate whatsoever, the visors were filthy, and very difficult to see through, and the guns kept braking / jamming near enough every 5 minutes which was

We came here with our son to a birthday party. This was a 9 year old’s party and it was all arranged and booked well in advance.
First of all, the premises - they’re small and cramped. If you come here when it’s busy you’ll end up cramped and standing on each other’s toes. I haven’t a clue how these people comply with fire regulations because with kids here, this cramped building in a fire will be dangerous.
The building is tatty. I appreciate the arena is covered in paint and should be messy, but the viewing area and ‘cafe’ (few tables thrown around) are filthy and stink. There are chairs just randomly placed everywhere, crisps and chips etc on the floor and the place looks more like a squat than a family viewing area.
The viewing area is tiny and with two or three people sat by it you won’t see your kids playing.
Now the staff - they’re incompetent. No other word for it. We arrived at 16:30 for the party. At 17:30 our kids were still not even playing! An hour later!! Considering the party was booked from 16:30 to 18:00 this was a massive disappointment for my son.
There was no obvious reason for the delay. The kids were all behaved and listening but the staff just could not get their act together. Not enough overalls brought in and a massive delay before the safety briefing. Other parents and myself were disgusted and the kids were bored.
I’ve not tried this place for adult paintball but after seeing how they could not even get a kids session sorted I wouldn’t bother.
This place is poor and I’d advise you avoid it.

Took my son with a group of his friends, whilst they had an enjoyable time (hence the only reason for the 2 stars) there were many negatives aspects of this experience. A combination of only 3 staff members managing the kids, the games, the 'reception desk' and the food meant there were several issues.
It was very hard to contact anyone at this place, regularly the phone rang out, left several phone messages and emails which were never replied to either, this was very disconcerting. Never received the courtesy phone call prior to this party as mentioned at the time of booking.
The kids were grouped with at least 2 other party bookings to all play together which was not an issue but would have been nice to be told this.
I had booked the party for 3pm (and only on asking) told to arrive 15 mins beforehand, By the time the rules had been laid down (close to 50 mins of this) and overalls/masks worn it was 350 before the kids actually got to play, so basically we had waited an hour before playing a 10 minute game!
After each game the kids came in for another 10/15 mins of more explanations and rule refreshers before going in again for the second game this was repeated before the third game.
There's a small viewing room (with 4 stools by a window) where you can watch the game, however because of masks and overalls you can only really identify the kids via their shoes.
The 'meal' was very basic - small pizza, penguin biscuit and an incredibly diluted pink drink with 1 ketchup bottle between 3 party rooms. It took ages to arrive, the other 2 parties being served first and even then the pizzas came in 2 at a time every 10 mins which meant the kids couldn't eat together.
Because of the time and unnecessary delays you need to allow at least 2 hours for three 10 minute games and the food.
In terms of the staff generally they all lacked any customer service skills.
You are almost 'forced' to pay the extra supplement for 2 extra games which after the Groupon voucher doesn't really work out any cheaper and it seems this is how they recoup the costs, even this they managed to calculate incorrectly!
The main instructor didn't display any understanding or patience with children and was slightly overbearing with them. Half scaring them into silence with 'jokes' that went over their heads and they weren't particularly sensible or funny.
One child required a plaster (for a grazed heel) which I requested but the main chap couldn't accommodate this as he 'didn't deal with first aid' , instead he saw fit to reprimand the 8 yr old child for not wearing socks, so I had to wait a fair while for somebody to rummage around a rucksack to eventually locate one.
The place itself has limited onsite parking put plenty of nearby off road parking. It is quite dark and dingy inside including the party rooms and extremely basic. Not really designed for pushchairs and I did not notice any disabled access but there maybe a different entrance for this.
The 2 toilets rooms had huge doors without any handles, no locks, no toilet roll was provided and there's only one sink outside the cubicles, so it's important to escort any kids and have someone guarding the door for the adults too to avoid any embarrassing situations.
General guidance:
- Ensure all kids in the party do follow the rules, else they will be pulled out from the game and not allowed to play for the remainder either. The chap running it was very strict about this (quite rightly so) and did enforce these rules much to the dismay of a couple of kids from another party who broke them.
- Take plenty of water kids get very thirsty, wear full sleeves and trousers as the paintballs can sting a little bit, rough clothes/shoes as paint spray still gets through overalls and shoes are not covered. Although the paint washes out, you can't always wash shoes.
- It's suitable for 8 and over, mainly for kids who aren't too sensitive and don't mind a bit of rough play/noise. In my opinion it's nice to go as a larger group 10+, otherwise you end up playing with/against people you don't know
- Unfortunately you cannot bring your food to the place, which is a shame so have back up snacks in the car for the kids that may get hungry.
- Take something to occupy any other kids who aren't taking part.

We went here on a Sunday afternoon with the kids (ages:- 14,9,8)
And us adults were encouraged to get involved only we just thought it would be just for children so imagine our delight.
The staff there were great fun (especially Greg) really good team!!
Good play list too.
We were made aware of all the health & safety rules, Greg and the team really enforced this and made sure everyone was safe at all times.
I really can't say enough good things about our visit there, great value for money, can't wait to go again when I recover from being bombarded with paintballs from the kids that is.
Would definitely recommend xxxx
