Un spettacolo di posto, sono stata encantata di ogni particolare del posto, da lontano è già così bello figurati quando si fa il giro all'interno. Peccato però per il drive della navetta che ha preso noi alla fermata del parcheggio, ci prendeva in giro i turisti che erano lì al locale, parlava con un'altro via radio, parlavano dei vestiti di loro, che i vecchietti devono rimanerci a casa e ridevano delle apparenze degli altri. Sicuramente nn sapevano che c'erano anche degli italiani sulla navetta, altrimenti rimanevano zitti e trattavano meglio i clienti. Al ritorno per il parcheggio abbiamo preso la navetta con lstesso driver, l'ho chiesto a chi si doveva prendere in giro questa volta, lui mi ha guardata spaventato e rimasto zitto fino al parcheggio. Cmq c'è sempre uno per nn lasciare che sia tutto Perfetto.

Esperienza deludente!
Manca la cura del dettaglio, tutto intorno fa molta scena, abbagliando i visitatori con spazi ed architettura notevole e bellissima, ma il servizio è stato scadente e senza cura dei particolari e senza cura al cliente.
Dopo aver acquistato del vino di notevole importanza.... Su mia richiesta ci hanno dato dei porta bottiglie di cartone!
Il servizio al cliente deve essere al primo posto.
Il tutto viene gestito come un gran centro commerciale, dove , non si vive un esperienza coinvolgente e sensoriale, ma si percepisce un

Best winery we tried in tuscany for our honeymoon. Service was attentive and very nice, pours were generous. Food was great too!
On top of that we got a good histoty lesson on the company and got to tour a really neat winery.

Top marketing, dégustation hors de prix pour la quantité et qualité. Le lieu moderne est magnifique, bien intégré dans les vignes. Côté dégustation de 4 à 9 euros les 3cl. Donc si vous n’avez pas apprécié le vin c’est dommage pour vous. Si vous souhaitez en déguster un certain nombre ça devient hors de prix. Du jamais vu dans des grandes maisons françaises. Une belle usine à vendre du relativement cher pour la qualité à mon goût.

We skipped the wine tour and instead just went to the wine shop to taste and purchase wines. In retrospect, we were very happy with that decision. You don't need reservations to go to the wine store, but do have to park in their parking lot across the main road. From there, you can either walk up the hill (probably around 15 minutes) or take the 7 person shuttle bus. It was crowded so we did end up waiting a while. The wine shop has a small tasting room in the back where you can sample about 10-12 wines on offer. Additionally, the store does have a large assortment of wines for purchase where you can pick up Tignanello and Solaia - unfortunately, there are now limits on how many bottles per family, but still nice to get directly from the vineyard. As others have noted, the place is very popular and did have a more commercial feel than other smaller vineyards in the area. However, the grounds are stunningly beautiful and the structure itself is like a modern art museum. Easily rivals the nicest vineyards in Napa Valley. We're glad we visited and this place is busy for a reason.

Abbiamo visitato la cantina e degustato 3 etichette (45€) e ne è valsa davvero la pena. Bellissima location, tra architettura e storia della famiglia Antinori. La ragazza che ci ha seguito era professionale, ben preparata e simpatica. Esperienza super positiva!

This was our 4th winery in the Tuscany region. Unfortunately, it was my least favorite and I was really looking forward to it. The tour was very sterile and was very technical about the wine making process. The tour guide didn’t even mention any of the family or small stories of the family and this unique winery. At times it was repetitive and a bit boring. She could have done better with her presentation with enthusiasm and inflection. Granted there was a small movie at the beginning of the tour about the family but that was it about them. Such a disconnected experience compared to other wineries that mix in both the process, history of the winery and family. It’s a large production facility that has a unique architectural design.
We took the tour in the morning with an afternoon lunch. The tasting was good and the lunch very lovely. Waiters were very nice but were crazy busy. The futuristic design was interesting. A good once see and be done experience. Not something I would actually do again.

A real disappointing experience perhaps brought upon by high reputation of the vineyard. The wine flight we had was fine but not exceptional. The customer experience was truely disappointing with the waiter not interested in explanations nor taking our further orders. Not wanting to offer further customer service is probably a no-go not worthy of such great repute. Probably a language barrier but I would forewarn visitors of not having expectation of service. Only point given was for nice building structure.

Il tour degustazione presso Antinori nel Chianti Classico è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile. La struttura, immersa nelle pittoresche colline toscane, è un vero gioiello architettonico che si fonde armoniosamente con il paesaggio circostante. L'accoglienza calorosa e il servizio impeccabile ci hanno subito fatto sentire i benvenuti.
La degustazione dei vini è stata il momento culminante della visita. Ogni sorso era una scoperta di nuovi sapori e profumi, testimoni della maestria dei mastri vinificatori di Antinori. Dai classici Chianti ai vini pregiati, ogni calice era un vero capolavoro. La profonda comprensione del personale sui processi di vinificazione e l'arte di abbinare i vini alle pietanze ci hanno lasciato a bocca aperta.
Ogni sorso era accompagnato da deliziosi stuzzichini preparati con ingredienti freschi e locali, che valorizzavano ulteriormente l'esperienza gustativa. Le note di frutta, spezie e tannini bilanciati dei vini si sposavano perfettamente con le prelibatezze presentate.
Non possiamo dimenticare di menzionare il paesaggio mozzafiato che circonda la tenuta. Le vigne che si estendono all'orizzonte creano una cornice incantevole per il tour, regalandoci uno spettacolo visivo unico.
Il personale esperto e appassionato ci ha accompagnato lungo tutto il percorso, condividendo con noi la storia della cantina e spiegando ogni dettaglio dei vini che stavamo degustando. La loro passione contagiosa per il vino e la cultura vinicola della regione ha reso l'esperienza ancora più coinvolgente.
In conclusione, il tour degustazione presso Antinori nel Chianti Classico è un'esperienza assolutamente eccezionale. La struttura suggestiva, i vini superlativi e l'attenzione al dettaglio dimostrata dal personale rendono questo tour un must per gli amanti del vino e per coloro che desiderano immergersi nell'autentica bellezza della nostra terra.

A money making machine, lacking authentic generous Italian hospitality.
We emailed in advance to confirm we could have a drink at the restaurant today before driving all the way there, to then be told this was not possible as there was now a meeting.
The staff were doing their best and we had some
Lovely encounters, but they are appeared under staffed, over worked and dealing with rude and pretentious customers!
The whole ambience is entitled tourists who demand what they want and when. It’s so counter cultural to authentic Italian hospitality and the other vineyards I have visited over the years.
It was really sad to see, and I’d highly recommend going to smaller vineyards in this region where staff enjoy their work, have time to respond and be personable, wine is generously served and entitlement is not able to breed!
Avoid & go small & local, unless you wish to be churned in and out of the machine and have your selfies and brag about buying the most expensive expensive bottle!

You can do just the shop. The tour was fabulous. The restaurant less so in terms of typical fare. At the end of the tour you sample three wines generously. Then you can hit the shop for more paid tasting, and whilst the shop is free standing from the tours, there is no point to go all the way there and not see the extraordinary cellars on the tour, very memorable
