One of the best surf shops I have visited

I cannot recommend this shop enough. Bernardo (the shop owner) will go the extra mile for everyone.

Not only did he give me a very fair price for surf rental and lessons but he also was very keen to help me.

He was very pro active by texting me updates (on the waves) and giving me advice on the best beaches and tides! By the end of the trip I saw Bernardo as a friend.

If you are planning on surfing in Ericeira please go visit Bernardo at Activity surf centre!

Amazing surf experience

We booked a beginner course. They’re splitting the beginner course in level 1 and level 2, what’s great!
Whenever you improve your surfing skills you can change in between the levels. Nice surf instructors! I felt safe the whole time! We’ll come back! :-)

Focused technique and good energy from instructors

Took a moment to get used to the teaching style (instructors pushing you into the wave), but found it to be incredibly safe, because there weren't 10 people trying to catch a wave at once. It was also a really good way to practice and focus on popping-up, because you were basically guaranteed the wave each time. The instructors were also enthusiastic and wanted to make sure everyone's last wave was a good one, so we stayed in the water a little longer. Really nice team :)

Amazing personal we felt as close friends and at the end of 2 weeks (no expierence before) of sessions, we got quite serious waves at last days and reached stable intermediate level! It was beautiful! Thank you very match! 🥰

Nice teachers, some improvements possible

Nice surfing teachers helping us to catch the waves. Close surf spot to the shop.
Areas of improvements: do serious warm ups upfront and mention savety topics.

Mijn zoon en dochter van 15 en 13 jaar hebben 3 dagen surfles gehad bij Activity Surf Center. Een super ervaring! Goede service, enorm vriendelijke en ervaren instructeurs. De kinderen hebben veel geleerd en plezier gehad, we gaan graag nog eens terug.

Brilliant surf school!

I had two great lessons with Activity Surf Center, the teachers were patient and very encouraging and felt safe to try bigger waves!
I highly recommend if you are learning to surf!
