This place is a hidden gem, just a few miles from the City. We had a fantastic spa day with wonderful, relaxing treatments. The therapist was excellent and such a lovely person. The lunch was delicious and all in such a gorgeous setting.

Booked in well over a month in advance for treatments, use of the pool and afternoon tea for 3 people. The day before my booking they called to confirm everything. On the today 20 mins before treatments were booked we got a call to find out what we were doing having our treatments as only the treatments were booked in… the pool use was already booked as only allowed 4 persons max in the pool at one time and they had no record of our afternoon tea. They couldn’t accommodate us to use the pool in between treatments and afternoon twa which starts at 2pm so would of meant we were waiting around for one hour with nothing to do so they offered a lunch instead. To rectify this they did give the treatment taken at a reduced rate and complimentary lunch for 2 guests- due to a bad experience the first time they came(not this time). I have to say the treatment itself was very good but was difficult to relax with all the errors on our booking which was clearly down to staff errors and not recording things correctly. This ruined the whole experience of a relaxing spa day when i came out of my treatment i was covered in oil and had to get dressed not given the option to shower or use a towel before having my lunch which was medicore at best. I wouldn’t reccomend here for a spa day their set up doesn’t accommodate for it properly as its also part of a residential home which the resturant area was alot of residents dining in there also. They did ofder to reconcile this experience with us coming back for a 3rd but both exeperiences were shocking I wouldn’t want to take chance a 3rd! Not the relaxing afternoon we had planned especially at 35 weeks pregant

I had a pregnancy massage today at the bodhi tree spa and it was amazing! As a therapist myself and a pregnancy massage tutor, I can say with confidence that my therapist Becky is great at her job. Becky gave me spectacular customer care right form the beginning and catered to my every need to make sure I was well looked after and comfortable throughout the treatment. Her touch and pressure was spot on and I was left feeling incredibly relaxed 😌 for me, the most important thing in any massage is for the therapist to establish a good connection with touch and Becky most definitely did that with fluid massage strokes and attention to detail working into my tension areas too. She went out of her way to make sure I was propped up with extra pillows under my legs and bump. Near the end of the treatment, I felt a bit light headed and Becky offered to let me rest in the waiting area for a while until I was ready to finish my last 15 mins of the treatment, I must say... this was definitely worth the wait as the scalp massage and mini facial at the end was heavenly! Thank you to Becky for making this such a memorable treatment and for Claire at the reception for also looking after me. Will definitely be back again!

Went for a spa day for my Daughters birthday. Lovely lunch followed by pool time, then a body massage and facial with Becky. I felt very chilled and relaxed after a pleasant afternoon. All staff both in the Spa and in the restaurant were very friendly.

We had a spa day just before Christmas, the spa is beautiful and the pool area is so relaxing. I had a massage and facial which left me feeling like a new woman. Prior to the day I had spoken with the owner Carla to specify what we wanted on the day, she was accomadating, knowledgable and proffesional. We hope to visit again soon.

Experienced a lava shells massage followed by a Elemis Facial recently at the spa. Truly relaxing after having an hour in the pool and then 15 minutes in the sauna facilities. Friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. Perfect for a treat for yourself or good gift idea for a couple!

My daughter and I enjoyed a very relaxing spa day with you. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. We both had excellent back and foot massages and facials and thought the lunch was excellent and well presented.
The only negative was my finding two used tissues in the pocket of my towelling robe, which was a bit disconcerting and not pleasant. We did mention this at the time and received apologies .
However, we would both visit again and recommend to others

We do apologise again regarding the tissues in the pocket of the robe, this is not something that has happened before as we do wash and dry each robe after every use, but we will take this feedback on board to make sure this does not happen again.

A great, quiet location with welcoming staff. I booked a 45-minute back, neck, and shoulders deep tissue massage with Ellie. She was very professional and gave me an amazing massage. The glass of water and herbal tea was a thoughtful touch. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and I'll be returning in the new year.
