Saw "Little Shop of Horrors" yesterday & it was great. The youngsters were so good it was a pleasure to watch. Everyone was friendly & helpful. The whole experience was exceptional. I look forward to my next visit.

I saw Night At The Musicals there last night and it was amazing.
I love every single song.
I especially love the one where they added I’m A Star because I know the person who wrote that song and that is Scott Alan.
The girls who sang that song did it beautifully well.
Loved the whole show.

Another fabulous evening at the Factory Playhouse last night. The talent, professionalism, and enthusiasm of all the performers is amazing - their dancing skills, voices, and harmonies are second to none and the music, choreography, costumes, and front of house services are incredible. It’s is hard to believe that they are all students - it’s much much better than a West End show and it all happens in our local town!!! Congratulations to everyone involved 👍👍👍
If you’ve never been to the Factory Playhouse you should certainly give it a try, I can guarantee that you won’t be disappointed ‼️‼️

As soon as you arrive at The Factory you are given a very warm welcome , lots of smiling faces who will sell you programmes ,answer questions or direct you to the Prosecco Tent . Inside there is a full bar , snacks and a beautiful cheeseboard available to order . There is plenty of seating both inside and outside of the tent and as the sun goes down and the lights start to twinkle it’s truly magical .
We were here to see In The Heights and what a show , the performers here are easily West End standard , they are so so talented and the energy they exude could light a small town . There is not a bad seat in the house as the Factory has a transverse stage with a working turntable so you don’t miss a thing and the performers use every part of the room it’s very immersive.
So if you want a West End night out for a fraction of the cost head down to The Factory Playhouse you won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait for our next show 😀

From the moment you arrive till the moment you leave the atmosphere at the The Factory Playhouse is electric. The welcome is so warm and friendly, the outside bar area is fun and lively. And the performance of In The Heights....well.... The energy of the singing and dancing hits you with vibes so exciting I could hardly breathe. The choreography is extraordinary - with so many dancers on stage at once I was amazed that they never once crashed into each other! The acting ability, bearing in mind they are all teenagers, is extraordinary, especially the ones playing older parts - their skills were sublime. This is West End standard and I absolutely adored every second.

We were absolutely amazed at the quality of the performance when we went to see Legally Blonde at the Factory Playhouse! In fact I would go so far as to say the whole experience was better than an evening at the West End for me. The Factory Playhouse is a great, intimate venue, The bar areas is great, we had a great time enjoying a cheeseboard & prosecco before & after the performance. Absolutely blown away with the cast, you would not know there were Students, West End quality to a T! Have not been able to make any other performances yet due to timings, but am itching to get back there soon.

The Factory Playhouse is an inspired use of space which has such a buzz from the moment you walk in. The audience feel completely immersed in the productions. The seating around the stage and a fantastic rotund means you always have a great view.
The energy, passion and professionalism of the casts of all the productions I’ve seen blow your mind, you may as well be in the West End.
In the Heights was no exception to this, it was amazing and the live western band was the icing on the cake!
Or actually maybe the Prosecco Bar was the icing on the cake! Really cool vibe, great friendly staff and selection of snacks and drinks. Hitchin is so lucky to have this great venue on its doorstep.

Absolutely amazing performances from the students. Talent is absolutely amazing and the production also great. Well looked after before and during performances by students doubling up in housekeeping roles. Theatre design means that you are so close to the action. I now try and see whatever production I can -being local this is now preferable to a long trip to the west end

Legally blonde at EDA - the factory Hitchin... this is a school and the standard is that of the west end and more. You have to remind yourself you’re watching young adults from age 16. If you’re in Hitchin at the time a show is on this is a MUST!!
